外加營(yíng)養(yǎng)物對(duì)干旱區(qū)土壤硫交換通量的影響
[Abstract]:The effects of different nutrient additives on (VOSCs) land-gas exchange flux of volatile organic sulfides in paddy soil in arid area were studied by static box sampling method and combined with thermal analyzer and gas chromatography. The results showed that the release of VOSCs could be promoted by adding different nutritional additives in paddy soil except sodium sulfate. As organic sulfur sources, the addition of methionine and cysteine significantly increased the release flux of VOSCs in soil, indicating that sulfur-containing amino acids were effective precursors of VOSCs, and microorganisms in flooded paddy soils released VOSCs, through decomposition. In addition to a large amount of COS (carbonyl sulfur) and CS_2 (carbon disulfide), there are a small amount of DMS (dimethyl sulfur), CH_3SH (methyl mercaptan) and DMDS (dimethyl disulfide). As nitrogen and sulfur sources, ammonium nitrate and ammonium sulfate can promote the release of VOSCs, but the action time of ammonium sulfate is relatively long, which is mainly due to the combination of nitrogen source and sulfur source, and carbon source can also promote the release of VOSCs in a small amount. In addition, culture conditions (such as temperature, etc.) also have a certain effect on the ground-gas exchange flux of VOSCs.
