土壤細菌和真菌群落的物種續(xù)存模式對擾動的響應(yīng)

【摘要】:通過研究物種存活概率和局域多度間的關(guān)系,對微生物群落動態(tài)是否符合中性假說進行檢驗.使用野外采集的土壤進行土壤微宇宙實驗,微宇宙經(jīng)受了稀釋擾動,剔除一些非常稀有的物種.微宇宙經(jīng)過恢復(fù)培養(yǎng)后,用454高通量焦磷酸測序方法分別對土壤細菌16SrRNA基因和真菌18SrRNA基因進行測序,檢測多度≥1的物種,從而探究細菌和真菌物種組成相對于源土壤發(fā)生的變化.結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):恢復(fù)生長過程中細菌和真菌物種豐富度都顯著降低(50%);受到擾動的微宇宙恢復(fù)生長以后,土壤細菌和真菌物種存活概率與其在源土壤中的初始相對多度之間呈正相關(guān),這個結(jié)果符合中性假說的預(yù)測,即最初多度較高的物種平均滅絕概率較低.
[Abstract]:By studying the relationship between species survival probability and local abundance, the relationship between microbial community dynamics and neutral hypothesis was tested.
