阿特拉津對黑土酶活及其微生物多樣性影響研究

【摘要】:以黑土為研究對象,采用室內培養(yǎng)方法,研究阿特拉津對黑土脲酶、轉化酶、多酚氧化酶影響,采用RAPD技術分析土壤微生物群落。結果表明,低濃度(25 mg·kg-1)阿特拉津對黑土脲酶活性有促進作用,中、高濃度(50~125 mg·kg~(-1))阿特拉津對黑土脲酶活性具有抑制作用且濃度越高抑制越明顯;阿特拉津抑制土壤轉化酶活性,培養(yǎng)結束時(35 d),抑制作用仍然存在;阿特拉津對多酚氧化酶活性表現(xiàn)為抑制-促進-恢復規(guī)律;阿特拉津輸入改變土壤微生物群落結構,濃度越高變化越明顯。
