基于擬土顆粒DEM數(shù)值模型的靜態(tài)液橋力測(cè)試方法

【摘要】:為經(jīng)濟(jì)便捷地測(cè)定微量液橋力與球顆粒間距的關(guān)系,提出基于微量天平的手動(dòng)與連續(xù)測(cè)試的方法,能實(shí)現(xiàn)兩球位置精確移動(dòng)和間隙調(diào)整,觀察并記錄液橋從拉伸直至斷裂的形態(tài)和液橋力變化,采用連續(xù)測(cè)量方式還可自動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)液橋力數(shù)值的連續(xù)輸出。對(duì)等徑球和異徑球液橋力的測(cè)試記錄與不同公式計(jì)算結(jié)果的比較表明,手動(dòng)和連續(xù)測(cè)試方法具有較高測(cè)試精度且經(jīng)濟(jì)適用,可用于對(duì)不同液橋力公式的精度進(jìn)行評(píng)估;對(duì)異徑球液橋力的測(cè)試與不同公式結(jié)果的比較還表明,靜態(tài)液橋力近似公式簡(jiǎn)潔明確精度較好,可供選用。
[Abstract]:In order to determine the relationship between micro-liquid bridge force and particle spacing conveniently and economically, a manual and continuous measurement method based on micro-balance is put forward, which can realize the precise movement of two ball positions and the adjustment of clearance. The shape and force change of the liquid bridge from drawing to fracture are observed and recorded. The continuous output of the hydraulic bridge force value can also be realized automatically by means of continuous measurement. The results show that the manual and continuous testing methods have high testing accuracy and are economical and applicable, and can be used to evaluate the accuracy of different hydraulic bridge force formulas. The results show that the hydraulic bridge forces of equal diameter ball and non-diameter sphere are compared with the calculated results of different formulas, and the results show that the manual and continuous testing methods are of high accuracy and economic applicability. The comparison between the test and the results of different formulas shows that the approximate formula of static hydraulic bridge force is simple and precise, and can be used for selection.
