與化肥配施的菌肥用量對(duì)土壤肥力特性的影響
[Abstract]:[objective] to explore the amount of bacterial fertilizer suitable for chemical fertilizer application in tobacco fields in Nanxiong tobacco area of Guangdong Province. [methods] to utilize the isolated strains of beneficial microorganisms, including nitrofixing bacteria (Azotobacter sp.) with nitrogen-fixing phosphorus-fixing function, in the field of tobacco fertilizer application in Nanxiong tobacco area of Guangdong Province. Strain x34, Bacillus sp. with potassium-decomposing function Strain jb21, belongs to Rubrivivax gelatinosus strain sbg11, which belongs to photosynthetic bacteria, and the bacterial fertilizer produced by fermentation with organic matter was treated with different amounts of bacterial fertilizer, i.e., CK (water control), T1 (chemical fertilizer), through tobacco field test. T2 (low-dosage bacterial fertilizer), T3 (medium-dosage bacterial fertilizer), T4 (high-dosage bacterial fertilizer), each plant according to base fertilizer: topdressing = 1:1. The effects of different amounts of bacterial fertilizer on soil fertility and soil microorganism were studied under the conditions of 10 g, 20 g, 40 g per plant, respectively. The total amount of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium applied to all treatments was equal, and the effects of different amounts of bacterial fertilizer on soil fertility and soil microorganisms were studied. [results] under the field conditions, the soil fertility and soil microorganism were affected by different amounts of bacterial fertilizer. Bacterial fertilizer treatment can effectively increase the content of organic matter in soil, increase the contents of alkaline hydrolyzed nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium in soil, enhance the soil basic respiration intensity, and effectively increase the number of bacteria and actinomycetes in soil. [conclusion] the effect of applying bacterial fertilizer (T _ 3, 20 g per plant) to enhance soil fertility is more obvious, which can be used as the recommended amount of bacterial fertilizer. [conclusion] the application of bacterial fertilizer (T _ 3, 20 g per plant) can improve soil fertility more obviously.
