低碳氮比條件下豬糞堆肥氨氣和溫室氣體排放

【摘要】:針對(duì)養(yǎng)殖場(chǎng)糞便產(chǎn)生量大、外加碳源物質(zhì)成本高,堆肥需要添加大量的碳源物質(zhì),并且豬糞堆肥實(shí)際生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中氨氣(NH_3)和溫室氣體(GHG)排放數(shù)據(jù)缺乏的問(wèn)題,開(kāi)展了低碳氮比(C/N)條件下的豬糞堆肥試驗(yàn)。試驗(yàn)采用箱式堆肥法,使用Innova 1312對(duì)氨氣(NH_3)、氧化亞氮(N_2O)、甲烷(CH_4)和二氧化碳(CO_2)氣體進(jìn)行24h在線連續(xù)監(jiān)測(cè)。結(jié)果表明:堆肥箱體內(nèi)日平均溫度超過(guò)50℃的持續(xù)天數(shù)均超過(guò)10d,滿足國(guó)家相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的無(wú)害化要求;經(jīng)過(guò)31d的好氧發(fā)酵,每千克初始原料鮮重的NH_3、N_2O、CH_4和CO_2的累計(jì)排放分別為2.27、0.07、0.24、135.72g,NH_3的排放主要集中在堆肥第1周和翻堆后10d,分別占總排放的31.09%和36.15%,GHG排放主要集中在第4周,占總排放的30.9%;在不考慮CO_2時(shí),N_2O是GHG的主要貢獻(xiàn)氣體,貢獻(xiàn)率為72.02%。堆肥過(guò)程中物料氣體(NH_3、N_2O、CH_4和CO_2)累計(jì)排放量均與p H值呈現(xiàn)良好的正相關(guān)(P0.01)、與含水率和C/N呈現(xiàn)良好的負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.01)。建議對(duì)豬糞堆肥過(guò)程中NH_3的控制應(yīng)集中在堆肥第1周和翻堆后,GHG減排應(yīng)重點(diǎn)關(guān)注堆肥后期N_2O的排放。
