云南新產(chǎn)區(qū)楊梅枝枯的病原菌鑒定及土壤營(yíng)養(yǎng)元素分析

【摘要】:為了明確云南新產(chǎn)區(qū)楊梅枝枯的原因,利用科赫氏法則確定了引起枝枯的病原菌,依據(jù)形態(tài)學(xué)特征,結(jié)合ITS序列分析對(duì)病原菌進(jìn)行鑒定,并且對(duì)發(fā)病定植苗及其容器苗、健康定植苗和本地生長(zhǎng)的楊梅樹土壤元素含量進(jìn)行了分析。結(jié)果表明:引起云南楊梅枝枯的病原菌為異色擬盤多毛孢菌(Pestalotiopsis versicolor);果園內(nèi)的發(fā)病定植苗與健康定植苗相比,磷、硼、鉀、鈣、鋅元素含量都顯著升高,升高幅度在55.8%~511.5%,氮的含量也略有升高(9.2%),說明果園內(nèi)的定植苗處于一種相對(duì)富營(yíng)養(yǎng)的土壤環(huán)境;與本地生長(zhǎng)的健康楊梅樹土壤相比,容器內(nèi)的植株土壤磷、鉀含量大大升高,升高幅度為203.2%~431.6%,鎂的含量也略有升高(27.6%),其他營(yíng)養(yǎng)元素含量都顯著降低,降低幅度為28.6%~96.9%,表明容器苗的土壤相對(duì)本地生長(zhǎng)的健康楊梅樹來(lái)說,各元素含量不太均衡。該研究結(jié)果可為指導(dǎo)云南楊梅新產(chǎn)區(qū)的病害防控提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In order to clarify the cause of withered branch of Myrica rubra in a new producing area of Yunnan, the pathogenic bacteria were determined by Koch's rule, and the pathogen was identified according to morphological characteristics and ITS sequence analysis, and the pathogenic colonized seedlings and their container seedlings were identified. The contents of elements in the soil of healthy colonized seedlings and locally grown Myrica rubra trees were analyzed. The results showed that the pathogen causing withered branch of Myrica yunnanensis was (Pestalotiopsis versicolor);. Compared with healthy seedlings, the contents of P, B, K, Ca and Zn in the orchard were significantly increased by 55.8% and 511.5%, and the content of nitrogen was also slightly increased (9.2%), and the contents of P, B, K, Ca and Zn in the orchard were significantly higher than those of the healthy seedlings (P, B, K, Ca, Zn). The results showed that the seedlings in the orchard were in a relatively eutrophic soil environment. Compared with the locally grown healthy Myrica rubra soil, the contents of phosphorus and potassium in the container soil increased by 203.2% and 431.6%, and the magnesium content also slightly increased (27.6%). The contents of other nutrient elements were significantly decreased by 28.6% / 96.9%, indicating that the contents of each element in the soil of container seedlings were not well balanced compared with those of locally grown healthy Myrica rubra. The results of this study can be used to guide the disease control in the new producing area of Myrica rubra in Yunnan.
