西花薊馬孤雌產(chǎn)雄生殖繁育的后代種群生命表的建立

【摘要】:孤雌生殖是西花薊馬(Frankliniella occidentalis)繁殖的一種重要方式。前期研究發(fā)現(xiàn),西花薊馬在高溫下,雌性的存活率遠(yuǎn)大于雄性。為探究高溫處理后僅有雌性西花薊馬孤雌產(chǎn)雄的情況下其后代建立種群的可能性,試驗(yàn)設(shè)定:高溫(45℃,2 h)處理西花薊馬單個(gè)雌性個(gè)體,分別進(jìn)行孤雌產(chǎn)雄生殖后,雄性子代(F1代)與其母系回交產(chǎn)生F2代;高溫(45℃,2 h)處理西花薊馬多個(gè)雌性個(gè)體,進(jìn)行孤雌產(chǎn)雄生殖后,雄性子代(F1代)與親代多個(gè)雌性個(gè)體共存情況下進(jìn)行交配產(chǎn)生F2代。兩組處理模式下建立F2代實(shí)驗(yàn)種群生命表。結(jié)果表明,上述兩種處理模式,母代雌性個(gè)體與子代雄性個(gè)體交配后均可產(chǎn)生后代,雄性F1代與其母系回交產(chǎn)生的F2代的雌雄性比為1.05∶1;與親代多個(gè)雌性個(gè)體共存下交配產(chǎn)生的F2代性比為1.55∶1。雄性F1代與其母系回交產(chǎn)生的F2代的平均單雌產(chǎn)卵量(F)和內(nèi)稟增長(zhǎng)率(rm)顯著小于與親代多個(gè)雌性個(gè)體共存下交配產(chǎn)生的F2代(P0.05);各齡期的平均發(fā)育歷期、平均產(chǎn)卵前期和平均總產(chǎn)卵前期2個(gè)繁殖力參數(shù)以及凈生殖率(R0)、平均世代周期(T)2個(gè)種群參數(shù),前者則比后者長(zhǎng)(P0.05);另周限增長(zhǎng)率(λ)兩者之間無(wú)顯著差異。研究表明西花薊馬在孤雌產(chǎn)雄狀態(tài)下仍然可以在短期建立種群,具有較強(qiáng)的抗高溫能力和繁殖能力,為其成功入侵奠定了生態(tài)學(xué)基礎(chǔ)。
