植被恢復(fù)對(duì)典型黑土表層土壤團(tuán)聚體水解酶活性的影響

【摘要】:以典型黑土區(qū)耕地和14、23、50年生落葉松人工林表層土壤為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)混合土壤和不同粒徑(d)干篩團(tuán)聚體中蔗糖酶、β-D葡萄糖苷酶、磷酸酶活性及土壤酶活性幾何平均數(shù)等指標(biāo)的測(cè)定、計(jì)算與分析,以期探究混合土壤和干篩團(tuán)聚體之間酶活性的差異,揭示植被恢復(fù)對(duì)土壤團(tuán)聚體水解酶活性的影響。結(jié)果表明,混合土壤酶活性顯著低于團(tuán)聚體酶活性(P0.05),表現(xiàn)出團(tuán)聚體對(duì)土壤酶具有明顯保護(hù)作用。植被恢復(fù)不同程度的提高了混合土壤和團(tuán)聚體酶活性,其中以提高d≤1.00 mm各粒徑團(tuán)聚體酶活性及綜合指標(biāo)達(dá)到顯著水平(P0.05),d≤1.00 mm粒徑團(tuán)聚體酶活性可以作為定量表征黑土區(qū)土壤生境質(zhì)量變化的敏感指標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:In this study, sucrase and 尾 -D glucosidase were obtained from cultivated land of typical black soil area and surface soil of 1423-year-old Larix gmelinii plantation by mixed soil and (d) dry sieve aggregates with different particle sizes. In order to explore the difference of enzyme activity between mixed soil and dry sieve aggregates and reveal the effect of vegetation restoration on soil aggregate hydrolase activity, the determination, calculation and analysis of phosphatase activity and geometric average of soil enzyme activity were carried out in order to explore the difference of enzyme activity between mixed soil and dry sieve aggregate. The results showed that the enzyme activity of mixed soil was significantly lower than that of aggregate (P0.05), which showed that the aggregate had obvious protective effect on soil enzyme.
