江西安福不同類型毛竹林地土壤微生物量碳特征研究

【摘要】:為了掌握毛竹林地土壤微生物量碳的動態(tài)變化特征,以江西省安福林區(qū)的毛竹純林、竹闊混交林、竹杉混交林這3種不同類型毛竹林地作為研究對象,同時以中亞熱帶闊葉林和杉木純林林地為對照,對其土壤微生物量碳(SMBC)含量的季節(jié)變化情況及其在各土層的剖面分布情況進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明:不同類型毛竹林地的SMBC含量間差異較大,不同類型林地0~60 cm土層的SMBC含量平均值的大小順序?yàn)橹耖熁旖涣?157.62 mg·kg~(-1))毛竹純林(143.17 mg·kg~(-1))竹杉混交林(110.19 mg·kg~(-1))闊葉林(101.07 mg·kg~(-1))杉木林(86.56 mg·kg~(-1));各林分類型的SMBC含量均表現(xiàn)出明顯的季節(jié)差異,春季的SMBC含量均極顯著高于其他季節(jié);各林分類型其SMBC含量的平均值均隨土層的加深而降低,其分布在各土層的含量間的差異均達(dá)到顯著水平,說明土壤表層的積聚作用明顯;毛竹林地的SMBC占土壤總有機(jī)碳(TOC)的比率為1.01%~1.11%,高于闊葉林地的0.67%和杉木林的0.79%;毛竹純林、竹闊混交林和竹杉混交林的SMBC與TOC的相關(guān)系數(shù)分別為0.71、0.55和0.47。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the dynamic characteristics of soil microbial biomass carbon (MMC) in Phyllostachys pubescens forest, three different types of woolly bamboo forest, including pure bamboo forest, mixed bamboo and broad-leaved forest and mixed bamboo and fir forest in Anfu forest area of Jiangxi Province, were used as the research objects. The seasonal variation of soil microbial biomass carbon (SMBC) content and the distribution of soil microbial biomass carbon (SMBC) in different soil layers were studied in the middle subtropical broad-leaved forest and pure Chinese fir forest. The results showed that the content of SMBC in different types of bamboo forest was different. The order of average SMBC content in 0 ~ 60 cm soil layer of different types of woodland is bamboo and broad-leaved mixed forest (157.62 mg kg~ (-1), pure bamboo forest (143.17 mg kg~ (-1), bamboo and fir mixed forest (110.19 mg kg~ (-). 1) broadleaved forest (101.07 mg kg~ (-1) Cunninghamia lanceolata forest (86.56 mg kg~ (-1);) The SMBC content of all stand types showed obvious seasonal difference, and the SMBC content in spring was significantly higher than that in other seasons. The average value of SMBC content of each stand type decreased with the deepening of soil layer, and the difference of its distribution in each soil layer reached a significant level, which indicated that the accumulation of soil surface layer was obvious. The ratio of SMBC to soil total organic carbon (TOC) in Phyllostachys pubescens forest was 1.01%, which was higher than that in broadleaved forest (0.67%) and Cunninghamia lanceolata (0.79%). The correlation coefficients between SMBC and TOC in pure bamboo forest, broad-leaved mixed forest and bamboo-fir mixed forest were 0.71 and 0.47, respectively.
