模擬凍融對(duì)高山土壤微生物數(shù)量和活性的影響

【摘要】:目的:全面了解冬季高山土壤循環(huán)過(guò)程,為全球氣候變化下生物種群和分布的變化提供技術(shù)支持.方法:采用室內(nèi)模擬凍融的方法,研究了不同凍融處理(-2℃,-2~2℃,-20~2℃)對(duì)土壤微生物數(shù)量和活性的影響.結(jié)果:研究發(fā)現(xiàn),持續(xù)的凍結(jié)(-2℃)降低了土壤細(xì)菌數(shù)量、微生物總數(shù)量和微生物生物量碳氮含量.劇烈的凍融(-20~2℃)降低了蔗糖酶活性,而溫和的凍融(-2~2℃)則增加了細(xì)菌數(shù)量、微生物總數(shù)量和纖維素酶、過(guò)氧化氫酶活性.結(jié)論:適當(dāng)?shù)膬鋈诳梢酝ㄟ^(guò)改善土壤微生物數(shù)量和群落結(jié)構(gòu),從而對(duì)土壤營(yíng)養(yǎng)物質(zhì)的轉(zhuǎn)化和植物群落的構(gòu)建產(chǎn)生實(shí)質(zhì)性的影響.
