水力停留時(shí)間對(duì)豬糞厭氧發(fā)酵殘留物中磺胺類抗生素分布的影響

【摘要】:針對(duì)厭氧消化中磺胺類抗生素(SAs)殘留及在沼渣、沼液中分配特征不清等問題,以豬糞為發(fā)酵原料,采用完全混合式反應(yīng)器(CSTR)在中溫(37±1℃)條件下進(jìn)行室內(nèi)模擬試驗(yàn),探討不同水力停留時(shí)間(HRT)對(duì)磺胺嘧啶(SD)、磺胺二甲嘧啶(SM)和磺胺氯噠嗪(SCP)的去除及其在固/液相中分配的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:厭氧消化對(duì)3種SAs的去除率表現(xiàn)為SMSDSCP。水力停留時(shí)間(HRT)=20 d時(shí),豬糞中3種SAs的去除率均達(dá)90%以上;HRT=15 d時(shí),三者的去除率均有所下降,特別是SCP去除率降為72.8%左右。厭氧發(fā)酵后殘留的抗生素主要分布在豬糞沼渣中,其中SCP在沼渣中占有絕對(duì)優(yōu)勢(shì)。同時(shí),HRT=15 d的處理中,SM和SCP的固/液分配比率明顯高于HRT=20 d的處理。厭氧消化過程中不同磺胺類抗生素的降解過程和影響因子存在差異,延長(zhǎng)反應(yīng)體系中抗生素與厭氧微生物作用的反應(yīng)時(shí)間,對(duì)中溫厭氧消化過程中SAs的去除有積極的作用。為降低其環(huán)境危害,豬糞沼渣在還田利用前應(yīng)進(jìn)一步消減其中殘留的SAs。
