【摘要】：針對(duì)農(nóng)村畜禽養(yǎng)殖造成的環(huán)境污染問題,設(shè)計(jì)一種可快速拆裝車載式農(nóng)家肥撿拾裝置,對(duì)其核心部件集送攪龍作機(jī)理分析與參數(shù)優(yōu)化。通過分析裝置使用環(huán)境特點(diǎn)及技術(shù)要求,綜合物料受力及運(yùn)動(dòng)分析確定基礎(chǔ)參數(shù)及結(jié)構(gòu),使用CATIA(Computer aided three-dimensional interactive application)作三維模型及數(shù)字樣機(jī)構(gòu)建;以攪龍螺旋直徑、收集攪龍螺距以及攪龍主軸轉(zhuǎn)速為變量,輸送量與功耗為響應(yīng)指標(biāo),作二次正交旋轉(zhuǎn)組合EDEM(Engineering discrete element method)虛擬仿真試驗(yàn)。針對(duì)5 t·h~(-1)設(shè)計(jì)指標(biāo),理論分析與仿真獲得攪龍參數(shù)組合為:攪龍螺旋直徑200 mm、提升攪龍螺距160 mm、收集攪龍螺距120 mm、攪龍主軸轉(zhuǎn)速107 r·min~(-1),功耗1.118k W。樣機(jī)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,分段式集送攪龍總體技術(shù)方案以及快速拆裝形式可滿足農(nóng)家肥撿拾需求,具有良好使用環(huán)境適應(yīng)性,研究為攪龍機(jī)構(gòu)拓展應(yīng)用提供借鑒與參考。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of environmental pollution caused by livestock and poultry farming in rural areas, a kind of picking device of farm manure can be quickly disassembled and assembled, and the mechanism analysis and parameter optimization of its core components are analyzed and optimized. Based on the analysis of the environmental characteristics and technical requirements of the device, the basic parameters and structure are determined by synthesizing the material force and motion analysis, and the 3D model and digital prototype are constructed by using CATIA (Computer aided three-dimensional interactive application). Taking the screw diameter of the stirring dragon, collecting the pitch and the rotation speed of the main shaft of the stirring dragon as the variables and the quantity and power consumption of the conveyer as the response index, the virtual simulation test of the quadratic orthogonal rotation combination EDEM (Engineering discrete element method) is made. According to the design index of 5 t h-1, theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the mixing parameters are as follows: screw diameter 200 mm, pitch 160 mm,. The rotation speed of the main shaft is 107r min~ (-1), and the screw pitch is 120 mm, the main shaft speed is 107r min~ (-1), and the rotation speed of the main shaft is 107r min~ (-1). The power consumption is 1.118kW. The results of the prototype test show that the overall technical scheme and the rapid disassembly and assembly form of the segmented gathering and feeding dragon can meet the needs of picking up farm manure and have good environmental adaptability. The study provides reference and reference for the development and application of the dragon churning mechanism.
