“五化”視角下高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)糧田時(shí)空布局優(yōu)化研究——以河南省鶴壁市為例

【摘要】:[目的]"十三五"期間國(guó)家重點(diǎn)推進(jìn)高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)糧田建設(shè)與實(shí)施,河南省同時(shí)處于糧食生產(chǎn)核心區(qū)與中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)下,肩負(fù)著保證糧食安全與實(shí)現(xiàn)中部崛起的雙重重?fù)?dān),基于"五化"要求研究高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)糧田時(shí)空布局優(yōu)化有其現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。[方法]基于AHP方法原理構(gòu)建布局優(yōu)化指標(biāo)體系,依據(jù)熵權(quán)值法與優(yōu)化方法獲取權(quán)重,在Arc GIS軟件中實(shí)現(xiàn)地塊平均布局水平測(cè)算,并按照規(guī)劃要求相應(yīng)調(diào)整,運(yùn)用綜合排序優(yōu)選法與逼近理想點(diǎn)法進(jìn)行鶴壁市高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)糧田時(shí)空布局優(yōu)化。[結(jié)果]鶴壁市不存在高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)糧田布局劣等地,布局重心處于?h與淇縣;兩縣的空間布局優(yōu)化結(jié)果顯示出更高的集中連片性,平均地塊面積是優(yōu)化之前的1.466倍;兩縣的時(shí)序布局優(yōu)化結(jié)果有利于提高建設(shè)效率,達(dá)成"初期試探摸索-中期大量投建-遠(yuǎn)期穩(wěn)固提升"目標(biāo)。[結(jié)論]基于"五化"視角的高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)糧田時(shí)空布局優(yōu)化為今后高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)糧田區(qū)土地利用優(yōu)化配置以及各項(xiàng)利用規(guī)劃提供了參考與依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:[objective] during the 13th Five-Year Plan period, the state focused on promoting the construction and implementation of high standard grain fields. Henan Province is under the core region of grain production and the Central Plains Economic Zone at the same time, shouldering the double burden of ensuring food security and realizing the rise of the central region. It is of practical significance to study the optimization of space-time layout of high-standard grain fields based on the requirements of the five-year transformation. [methods] based on the principle of AHP method, the index system of layout optimization was constructed, the weight was obtained by entropy weight method and optimization method, and the average layout level of plots was measured in Arc GIS software, and adjusted according to the planning requirements. The optimization of space-time layout of high standard grain fields in Hebi City was carried out by using the comprehensive sorting optimization method and the approaching ideal point method. [results] there was no inferior distribution of high standard grain fields in Hebi City, the center of gravity of the layout was in Junxian and Qi County, the results of spatial layout optimization of the two counties showed a higher concentration and continuity, and the average land area was 1.466 times of that before the optimization. The optimization results of the temporal layout of the two counties are conducive to improving the construction efficiency and achieving the goal of "initial trial and groping, large investment and construction in the medium term, long-term steady promotion". [conclusion] the optimization of space-time layout of high-standard grain fields based on the "five changes" provides a reference and basis for the optimal allocation of land use and various utilization plans in the future of high-standard grain fields.
