【摘要】：伴隨"新型四化"同步快速推進(jìn),在短期內(nèi)土地需求集中釋放,造成城市周邊優(yōu)質(zhì)耕地資源大量被建設(shè)用地所吞噬,而鄉(xiāng)村耕地資源快速非農(nóng)化與閑置低效利用并存的局面,對(duì)耕地資源保護(hù)與利用的硬要求有增無(wú)減,亟需推進(jìn)耕地資源節(jié)約集約利用.本文首先從國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略需求、區(qū)域發(fā)展需求和理論創(chuàng)新需求3個(gè)方面,闡明了耕地集約利用研究的時(shí)代要求,即它既是"保障糧食安全、破解三農(nóng)問(wèn)題、實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化轉(zhuǎn)型"的國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略需求,又是"構(gòu)建新型農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)體系,創(chuàng)新農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)體制"的區(qū)域發(fā)展需求,還是"全方位、多尺度、多視角解析耕地集約利用特征"的理論創(chuàng)新需求.在此基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步對(duì)耕地集約利用的內(nèi)涵及未來(lái)微觀尺度研究的重點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了思考與展望:耕地集約利用的內(nèi)涵需順應(yīng)現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)新要求而提煉升華,微觀尺度耕地集約利用的研究需兼顧經(jīng)營(yíng)主體行為的異質(zhì)性和動(dòng)態(tài)性,并且驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)理需系統(tǒng)分析地塊-主體-區(qū)域環(huán)境.
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the "new four modernizations", land demand is released in the short term, which results in a large number of high-quality cultivated land resources around the city being swallowed up by the construction land, while the rural cultivated land resources coexist rapidly and inefficiently. The hard demand for the protection and utilization of cultivated land resources is increasing, and it is urgent to promote the intensive utilization of cultivated land resources. In this paper, from three aspects of national strategic demand, regional development demand and theoretical innovation demand, this paper expounds the time requirement of intensive use of cultivated land, that is, it is "to ensure food security, solve the problem of agriculture, rural areas and farmers". The national strategic demand for realizing the transformation of agricultural modernization is also the regional development demand of "building a new agricultural management system and innovating the agricultural production and management system", or "all-around and multi-scale," The theoretical innovation demand of analyzing the characteristics of intensive utilization of cultivated land from multiple perspectives. On this basis, the intension of intensive use of cultivated land and the key points of future micro-scale research are further considered and prospected: the intension of intensive use of cultivated land should be refined and sublimated in accordance with the new requirements of modern agricultural transformation and upgrading. The study of intensive utilization of cultivated land on the micro scale should take into account the heterogeneity and dynamics of the behavior of the management agents, and the driving mechanism should be systematically analyzed to the landmass, the principal body and the regional environment.
