阿特拉津?qū)t耳龜胚胎發(fā)育及肝臟、腎臟組織結(jié)構(gòu)的影響

【摘要】:為探索除草劑阿特拉津?qū)t耳龜胚胎發(fā)育及肝臟、腎臟組織學(xué)變化的影響,本試驗(yàn)?zāi)M不同含量阿特拉津污染環(huán)境,設(shè)置對(duì)照組(蒸餾水)和0.005mg/cm2、0.025mg/cm2、0.125mg/cm23個(gè)試驗(yàn)組,在溫度(30±0.5)℃、相對(duì)濕度為85%~90%的條件下孵化紅耳龜受精卵,檢測(cè)孵化率、孵化期及肝、腎臟組織結(jié)構(gòu)變化指標(biāo)。結(jié)果表明,0.005mg/cm2、0.025mg/cm2的阿特拉津?qū)Ψ趸屎头趸跊]有顯著影響,0.125mg/cm2組孵化期顯著延長(zhǎng)(P0.01);試驗(yàn)處理組肝臟和腎臟有不同程度的損傷,0.005mg/cm2組主要表現(xiàn)增生性病變,0.025mg/cm2和0.125mg/cm2組損傷作用加重,主要表現(xiàn)為退行性病變。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果說明,阿特拉津長(zhǎng)時(shí)間作用紅耳龜受精卵可能導(dǎo)致胚胎發(fā)育遲緩,并導(dǎo)致肝臟和腎臟組織病變。
