紅毛草入侵程度對根際土壤微生物的影響

【摘要】:【目的】研究外來種入侵對地下土壤微生物的影響,從植物與地下微生物互作的角度探索外來種的入侵機制!痉椒ā客ㄟ^磷脂脂肪酸(PLFA)分析法和比色法,研究紅毛草(Rhynchelytrum repens)不同入侵程度(未入侵、輕度入侵和中度入侵)對根際土壤理化性質(zhì)、微生物群落結(jié)構(gòu)、特殊功能微生物及其多樣性水平的影響!窘Y(jié)果】供試土樣中共檢測到33種PLFA生物標記,其中細菌24種、放線菌4種、真菌4種、原生動物1種。隨紅毛草入侵程度增加,土壤堿解氮、全氮含量顯著增加,含水量顯著減少,速效磷、速效鉀含量和pH無顯著變化;根際土壤中細菌、真菌、原生動物以及PLFA標記物總含量均呈現(xiàn)逐漸增加的趨勢;革蘭氏陽性菌與革蘭氏陰性菌含量比值逐漸減小;功能微生物含量逐漸增加,與未入侵地相比,紅毛草重度入侵地根際土壤中的叢枝菌根真菌含量增加了42.46%,伯克霍爾德菌含量增加了22.32%,嗜熱解氫桿菌增加了13.08%。紅毛草入侵對根際土壤中微生物多樣性水平有一定影響,Shannon-Wiener多樣性和豐富度指數(shù)隨入侵程度增加呈現(xiàn)升高的趨勢,Pielou均勻度指數(shù)降低,Simpson優(yōu)勢度指數(shù)無顯著變化。土壤中細菌含量與土壤全氮、堿解氮含量之間呈顯著正相關;真菌含量與土壤堿解氮含量呈顯著正相關!窘Y(jié)論】紅毛草的入侵改變了根際土壤微生物的群落結(jié)構(gòu)和土壤理化性質(zhì)。隨入侵的加劇,土壤全氮和堿解氮含量增加,細菌、真菌和原生動物含量以及一些特殊功能性微生物含量增多,土壤微生物群落多樣性指數(shù)和豐富度指數(shù)增大。
[Abstract]:[objective] to study the influence of alien species invasion on soil microbes, and to explore the invasion mechanism of alien species from the perspective of the interaction between plants and underground microbes. [methods] the invasion mechanism of alien species was studied by (PLFA) analysis and colorimetric analysis of phospholipid fatty acids. To study the physical and chemical properties and microbial community structure of rhizosphere soil with different degrees of (Rhynchelytrum repens) invasion (non-invasion, mild invasion and moderate invasion). [results] A total of 33 PLFA biomarkers were detected in soil samples, including 24 species of bacteria, 4 species of actinomycetes, 4 species of fungi and 1 species of protozoa. With the increase of invasion degree, soil alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen, total nitrogen content, water content significantly decreased, available phosphorus, available potassium content and pH did not change significantly. The total contents of bacteria, fungi, protozoa and PLFA markers in rhizosphere soil increased gradually, and the ratio of Gram-positive bacteria to Gram-negative bacteria decreased gradually. The content of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi increased by 42.46 in the rhizosphere soil, and the content of Bachelia burkholdii increased by 22.32% in the Rhizosphere soil. The number of hydrophilic bacteria increased by 13.08. Shannon-Wiener diversity and richness index increased with the increase of invasion degree, Pielou evenness index decreased, and Simpson dominance index did not change significantly. There was a significant positive correlation between bacterial content and soil total nitrogen and alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen content. [conclusion] the invasion of Rhizopsis rubrum changed the community structure and physical and chemical properties of soil microbes in the rhizosphere. With the increase of invasion, the contents of total nitrogen and alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen increased, the contents of bacteria, fungi and protozoa and some special functional microbes increased, and the diversity index and richness index of soil microbial community increased.
