凍融對(duì)溫帶森林土壤碳、氮礦化作用的影響

【摘要】:秋末春初,中高緯度和高海拔地區(qū)普遍存在凍融現(xiàn)象。隨著全球氣候變暖,凍融對(duì)土壤碳/氮循環(huán)過程的影響日益受到重視。本研究以長(zhǎng)白山地區(qū)典型闊葉紅松林(Pinus koraiensis)、白樺林(Betula platyphylla)和長(zhǎng)白山落葉松林(Larix olgensis)土壤為研究對(duì)象,采用室內(nèi)模擬控制試驗(yàn),研究低含水量(40%)和高含水量(過飽和)條件下,凍融循環(huán)(-10~10℃)對(duì)不同林型土壤碳/氮礦化作用的影響。結(jié)果表明,在不同含水量條件下(低含水量條件下的闊葉紅松林土壤除外),凍融處理均顯著降低土壤有機(jī)碳礦化速率,且土壤碳礦化速率隨凍融次數(shù)的增加而顯著降低。凍融與土壤水分對(duì)氮礦化存在交互影響;在低含水量條件下,凍融促進(jìn)土壤氮礦化作用;但在高含水量條件下,該影響不一致。本研究表明,秋末和春初的凍融循環(huán)對(duì)長(zhǎng)白山地區(qū)森林土壤碳、氮礦化過程有重要影響,且其影響程度很大程度上取決于凍融頻率和土壤含水量。
