【摘要】：開展高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)農(nóng)田建設(shè)是當(dāng)前土地工作的重點(diǎn)之一,而農(nóng)民滿意度是評(píng)價(jià)工程建設(shè)質(zhì)量的一項(xiàng)重要指標(biāo)。本文利用2015年上海某鎮(zhèn)抽樣調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)考察了影響農(nóng)民關(guān)于高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)農(nóng)田工程建設(shè)質(zhì)量滿意度的因素�；诙嘣行騦ogit模型進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究發(fā)現(xiàn),生活環(huán)境的改善和交通環(huán)境的改善會(huì)顯著提高農(nóng)民對高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)農(nóng)田工程建設(shè)質(zhì)量的滿意度,男性相比女性、家庭農(nóng)業(yè)人口比例高者的滿意度更高,而日常生活的改善和教育程度對工程建設(shè)質(zhì)量滿意度沒有顯著的影響。本文建議在高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)農(nóng)田項(xiàng)目建設(shè)中提高對村落交通狀況和農(nóng)民生活環(huán)境以及家庭農(nóng)業(yè)人口比例高的農(nóng)民的重視程度。
[Abstract]:Developing high standard farmland construction is one of the emphases of land work at present, and the satisfaction degree of farmers is an important index to evaluate the quality of project construction. Based on the data of a sample survey in a town of Shanghai in 2015, this paper investigates the factors influencing the satisfaction of farmers about the quality of high standard farmland construction. An empirical study based on multivariate ordered logit model shows that the improvement of living environment and traffic environment can significantly improve farmers' satisfaction with the construction quality of high standard farmland projects. The satisfaction degree of the high proportion of family agriculture population was higher, but the improvement of daily life and education level had no significant influence on the project construction quality satisfaction. This paper suggests that in the construction of high standard farmland projects, we should pay more attention to the village traffic situation, the living environment of farmers and the high proportion of family agricultural population.
