一種基于SOM的多維農(nóng)業(yè)時空數(shù)據(jù)可視化分析方法

【摘要】:隨著"3S"、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)等技術(shù)逐漸被應(yīng)用于農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)過程中,多維農(nóng)業(yè)時空數(shù)據(jù)大量產(chǎn)生。如何挖掘和分析多維時空數(shù)據(jù)在時空上的內(nèi)在價值,對推動現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展有重要意義。針對多維農(nóng)業(yè)時空數(shù)據(jù)存在維數(shù)高,數(shù)據(jù)關(guān)系復(fù)雜,難以直接挖掘分析的問題,提出一種基于SOM的多維農(nóng)業(yè)時空數(shù)據(jù)可視化分析方法。該方法利用SOM算法對多維數(shù)據(jù)降維,結(jié)合數(shù)據(jù)表、平行坐標(biāo)系、時空立方體等可視化組件,實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)的多角度顯示和分析,達(dá)到深層次挖掘的目的。基于該方法,設(shè)計完成可視化分析平臺,并以美國農(nóng)產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)為例,討論該方法的可行性。
[Abstract]:With "3s", "Internet of things" and other technologies gradually applied in the agricultural production process, multidimensional agricultural space-time data are produced in large quantities. How to excavate and analyze the intrinsic value of multidimensional spatiotemporal data in time and space is of great significance to promote the development of modern agriculture. In order to solve the problem that multidimensional agricultural spatio-temporal data has high dimension and complex data relationship, it is difficult to mine and analyze directly. A visualization analysis method of multidimensional agricultural spatio-temporal data based on SOM is proposed. This method uses SOM algorithm to reduce the dimension of multidimensional data, and combines the visualization components such as data table, parallel coordinate system, space-time cube and so on, to realize the multi-angle display and analysis of data, so as to achieve the purpose of deep-level mining. Based on this method, the visual analysis platform is designed and the feasibility of this method is discussed by taking the data of American agricultural products as an example.
