氟樂(lè)靈降解菌Bacillus sp.的分離鑒定及其降解特性

【摘要】:[目的]從長(zhǎng)期被氟樂(lè)靈污染的土壤中篩選出能以氟樂(lè)靈為唯一碳氮源生長(zhǎng)的細(xì)菌,并對(duì)其降解特性進(jìn)行研究。[方法]以連作15年以上棉田土壤為材料,采用直接稀釋涂布法分離得到1株能夠降解氟樂(lè)靈的細(xì)菌D8,通過(guò)形態(tài)特征、生理生化特性和16S r DNA序列分析,對(duì)菌株D8進(jìn)行鑒定;通過(guò)單因素試驗(yàn)研究降解特性。[結(jié)果]鑒定菌株D8為蠟樣芽孢桿菌(Bacillus cereus),在氟樂(lè)靈質(zhì)量濃度為50 mg/L、接種量為4%、外加氮源酵母浸粉0.1%、溫度37℃、p H值為5.0的條件下,接種3 d后對(duì)氟樂(lè)靈降解率達(dá)到59.89%以上。[結(jié)論]該研究為氟樂(lè)靈的生物降解和土壤修復(fù)提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:[objective] to screen the bacteria that can grow with florazone as the sole carbon and nitrogen source from the soil contaminated with florramine for a long time, and to study the degradation characteristics of the bacteria. [methods] A strain D8 was isolated from cotton field soil for more than 15 years by direct dilution coating method. The strain D8 was identified by morphological, physiological and biochemical characteristics and 16s r DNA sequence analysis. The degradation characteristics were studied by single factor test.
