不同栽植年限蘋果梨園秋季土壤有機磷組分的剖面分布特征

【摘要】:為了闡明不同栽植年限蘋果梨園土壤剖面中有機磷組分的分布特征,于秋季在延邊州龍井市選取栽植年限為11,25,40,50,63年的蘋果梨園布置剖面點,分別挖掘剖面,根據土壤性態(tài)劃分土壤自然發(fā)生層,分層采集土壤樣品,采用改進的Bowman-Cole法測定有機磷組分含量。結果表明:龍井不同栽植年限蘋果梨園土壤的不同形態(tài)有機磷及總提取有機磷含量基本趨勢為隨土層加深含量下降。隨著栽植年限的增加,不同形態(tài)有機磷和總提取有機磷基本呈先增加后減少的趨勢,上部土層表現較明顯,25年或40年時含量最高。蘋果梨園和對照組有機磷各組分占有機磷總量的比例不盡相同,其中所占比例最大組分均為中活性有機磷,為延邊蘋果梨園土壤中最重要的有機磷形態(tài)。在表層,隨著栽植年限的增加,活性有機磷占總提取有機磷比例呈逐漸減少的趨勢,但40年以后差別不大,40年高穩(wěn)性有機磷比例最高。在中部土層,隨著栽植年限的增加,中穩(wěn)性有機磷有向中活性有機磷轉化的趨勢。底部土層除了中穩(wěn)性有機磷有小部分向中活性有機磷轉化外,還有逐漸老化為高穩(wěn)性有機磷的趨勢。
[Abstract]:In order to elucidate the distribution characteristics of organophosphorus components in soil profile of apple pear orchard with different planting years, in autumn in Longjing city, Yanbian city, the apple pear orchard with planting life of 1125% 40 / 50 and apple pear orchard for 63 years was selected and the sections were excavated separately. Soil natural layers were divided according to soil properties and soil samples were collected by stratification. The content of organophosphorus was determined by improved Bowman-Cole method. The results showed that the content of organic phosphorus in different forms of soil and total organic phosphorus content decreased with the deepening of soil layer in Longjing with different planting years of apple pear orchard. With the increase of planting years, organic phosphorus of different forms and total organic phosphorus extraction showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing. The content of organic phosphorus in upper soil layer was more obvious than that in 25 or 40 years, and the content of organic phosphorus was the highest at 25 or 40 years. The proportion of organophosphorus in apple pear orchard and control group was different. The most important organic phosphorus form in the soil of apple pear orchard in Yanbian was the most active organic phosphorus. In the surface layer, with the increase of planting years, the proportion of active organophosphorus to total extracted organophosphorus decreased gradually, but after 40 years, the difference was not obvious, and the proportion of high stable organic phosphorus in 40 years was the highest. In the middle soil layer, with the increase of planting years, the medium stable organophosphorus has the tendency to convert to the middle active organic phosphorus. In addition to the transformation of moderately stable organophosphorus to moderately active organophosphorus in the bottom soil layer, there is a tendency of aging to high stable organophosphorus gradually.
