鼎湖山不同森林類型土壤纖毛蟲群落比較研究

【摘要】:為了豐富對鼎湖山自然保護區(qū)生物多樣性的研究,了解不同植被類型下土壤原生動物群落的特征,本文對采自鼎湖山自然保護區(qū)7種不同植被下的土壤樣品進行了土壤纖毛蟲定性和定量分析。結(jié)果顯示:在全部土壤樣品中,共檢出44屬70種土壤纖毛蟲。在全部纖毛蟲種類中,僅有4種出現(xiàn)在全部土壤樣中,它們分別是Bresslaua vorax、Colpoda cucullus、Cyclidium elogatum和Cyrtolophosis elongata。依據(jù)物種出現(xiàn)頻率高低,鼎湖山自然保護區(qū)土壤纖毛蟲中,廣布種和特有種較少,而常見種較多。不同植被類型下土壤纖毛蟲群落豐度介于1 730~29 200 ind./g,表現(xiàn)為針葉林-馬尾松林山頂灌草叢針闊葉混交林河岸常綠闊葉林溝谷常綠闊葉林溫帶季風(fēng)常綠闊葉林山地常綠闊葉林的特點。纖毛蟲群落相似性分析顯示:各樣點土壤纖毛蟲群落間處于中等不相似(0.25~0.5)到中等相似(0.5~0.75)的水平。從本研究結(jié)果看,土壤纖毛蟲的分布更符合Foissner的"生物地理模型"。相關(guān)性分析顯示:土壤含水量與土壤纖毛蟲豐度之間有極顯著的相關(guān)性(P0.01),而土壤NO 3-N含量與纖毛蟲豐度也有顯著的相關(guān)性(P0.05)。而多元相關(guān)分析表明鼎湖山土壤纖毛蟲豐度變化與多個土壤理化因子組合共同作用間存在相關(guān)性,其中土壤含水量均作為一個重要組合元素出現(xiàn)。CCA分析顯示不同的土壤理化因子對一具體纖毛蟲種類的作用存有差異。
[Abstract]:In order to enrich the study of biodiversity in Dinghushan Nature Reserve, the characteristics of soil protozoa communities under different vegetation types were studied. Soil samples collected from 7 different vegetation types in Dinghushan Nature Reserve were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed. The results showed that there were 44 genera and 70 species of soil ciliates in all soil samples. Of the total ciliate species, only four were found in all soil samples, Bresslaua vorax,Colpoda cucullus,Cyclidium elogatum and Cyrtolophosis elongata., respectively. According to the frequency of species occurrence, in the soil ciliates of Dinghushan Nature Reserve, there are few widespread species and endemic species, but more common species. Abundance of soil ciliates in different vegetation types ranged from 1 730 to 29 200 ind./g, It shows the characteristics of evergreen broad-leaved forest in mountainous area of temperate monsoon evergreen broad-leaved forest and evergreen broad-leaved forest on the banks of evergreen broad-leaved forest and evergreen broad-leaved forest on the top of coniferous forest and Pinus massoniana forest. The similarity analysis of ciliates community showed that the level of medium dissimilarity (0.25 ~ 0.5) to moderate similarity (0.5 ~ 0.75) was found among soil ciliate communities at various points. According to the results of this study, the distribution of soil ciliates is more consistent with Foissner's Biogeography Model. Correlation analysis showed that there was a significant correlation between soil water content and soil ciliate abundance (P0.01), and there was a significant correlation between soil NO 3-N content and ciliates abundance (P0.05). Multivariate correlation analysis showed that the variation of soil ciliate abundance in Dinghushan was correlated with the combination of soil physical and chemical factors. CCA analysis showed that different soil physical and chemical factors had different effects on a specific ciliate species.
