黃粉蟲殼聚糖處理養(yǎng)殖廢水

【摘要】:黃粉蟲生長過程中會產生大量的蟲蛻、死蟲和蛹殼等廢棄物,將這些廢棄物制備成黃粉蟲殼聚糖并用于養(yǎng)殖廢水的處理,通過單因素和正交實驗,優(yōu)化了廢水的處理條件。結果表明,采用黃粉蟲殼聚糖與Fe2(SO4)3復配,對養(yǎng)殖廢水有較好的凈化效果。較優(yōu)的處理條件為:養(yǎng)殖廢水250 m L,殼聚糖15 mg與5 m L 2%Fe2(SO4)3復配,定容至1 L(p H為中性)。該復配體系對實際養(yǎng)殖廢水的絮凝率達93.2%,對總懸浮物、氨氮、總有機碳、總氮的去除率分別達到93.75%、75.60%、73.14%和41.92%。
[Abstract]:In that proces of the growth of the yellow powder, a large amount of waste such as worm, dead worm and pupae is produced, and the waste is prepared into the yellow powder and the chitosan and used for the treatment of the culture wastewater, and the treatment conditions of the wastewater are optimized through the single factor and the orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the compound of chitosan and Fe2 (SO4) 3 was used to purify the wastewater. The better treatment conditions are as follows: the culture wastewater is 250m L, the chitosan 15 mg is compounded with 5 m L 2% Fe 2 (SO4) 3, and is set to 1 L (p H is neutral). The removal rate of the total suspended matter, ammonia nitrogen, total organic carbon and total nitrogen was 90.75%, 70.60%, 73.3. 14% and 41. 92%, respectively.
