【摘要】：通過盆栽試驗,以沙土為基質(zhì),施加沼氣肥種植白菜,測定并計算白菜、土壤中重金屬含量、元素相關(guān)性、土壤-植物化學(xué)計量比、富集系數(shù)等指標(biāo),旨在研究As、Cu、Cr、Zn在土壤-蔬菜中的轉(zhuǎn)移規(guī)律。結(jié)果顯示,土壤中As、Zn含量隨沼氣肥濃度的增加變化趨勢明顯,沼渣組As、Zn含量呈上長—下降趨勢(180 g為拐點),沼渣+沼液組As含量呈下降趨勢,Zn含量呈增加-下降趨勢(1∶5/120 g為拐點),沼液組As含量逐漸增加;隨沼氣肥濃度增加,白菜重金屬含量變化復(fù)雜,試驗組分別在梯度為180 g、1∶5/180 g、1∶5時,元素含量最多,為180 g;沼渣、沼渣+沼液、沼液施肥使土壤中As含量最多,土壤中全部超標(biāo)、蔬菜中部分超標(biāo);白菜中以Cr最多,為1∶5/180 g,且全部超標(biāo),即土壤-蔬菜中As遷移能力最弱,Cr最強。
[Abstract]:Through pot experiment, applying biogas fertilizer to plant cabbage in sandy soil, the content of heavy metals in soil, the correlation of elements, the ratio of soil to plant chemistry and the enrichment coefficient were determined and calculated. The aim of this study was to study As,Cu,Cr,. The transfer of Zn in soil-vegetable. The results showed that the content of As,Zn in soil changed obviously with the increase of biogas concentration. The content of As,Zn in the group of biogas residue showed an upward and descending trend (180g as the inflexion point), and the content of As in the group of biogas residue showed a tendency of decreasing. The content of Zn increased and decreased (1: 5 / 120g was the inflexion point), and the content of As increased gradually in the group of biogas liquid. With the increase of biogas fertilizer concentration, the change of heavy metal content in Chinese cabbage was complicated. When the gradient of the test group was 180 g / 1: 5 / 180 g / 1 / 5, the content of elements was the highest (180 g / L). Biogas residue, biogas residue biogas liquid, biogas liquid fertilization made the content of As in soil the most, all in soil exceeded the standard, and some in vegetables exceeded the standard. In Chinese cabbage, Cr is the most, it is 1: 5 / 180g, and all exceed the standard, that is, the ability of As migration in soil-vegetable is the weakest, Cr is the strongest.
