廢催化裂化平衡劑及鉀長石精粉的高值化應用研究

【摘要】:本課題以福建湄洲灣煉油廠的廢催化裂化平衡劑和福建沙縣鉀長石為主要原料,初步探討固棄物及礦物資源的高值化利用。嘗試采用廢催化裂化平衡劑制備堇青石材料、采用鉀長石合成4A分子篩、13X分子篩、LSX分子篩及沸石顆粒緩釋復混肥。利用廢催化裂化平衡劑配合滑石、工業(yè)Al203或石英原料,按廢催化裂化平衡劑61.42wt%、滑石粉37.68wt%、工業(yè)氧化鋁0.90%的比例,經(jīng)1200℃高溫燒結(jié),保溫2h,可成功合成高純度堇青石耐火材料。選用鉀長石精粉配合其它化學試劑,通過水熱晶化法制得4A分子篩。采用XRD、IR、TG-DSC、SEM、鈣離子交換能力、白度等對反應條件和產(chǎn)物性能進行初步探究。結(jié)果表明,最佳合成工藝為:n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3)=2.0, n(H2O)/n(M2O)=45, n(M2O)/n(SiO2)=19,晶化溫度100℃,晶化時間3h。最佳產(chǎn)物的鈣離子交換容量達到國家優(yōu)等品標準。通過探究4A分子篩對亞甲基藍的吸附情況,發(fā)現(xiàn)4A分子篩對染料廢水具備一定的處理能力。選用鉀長石精粉配合其它化學試劑制得13X分子篩。結(jié)果表明,反應的最佳合成工藝為n(H2O)/n(M2O)=40, n(M2O)/n(SiO2)=1.4,晶化溫度98℃,晶化時間7h。產(chǎn)物吸水率達到中國化工行業(yè)標準HG/T2690-95。通過探究13X分子篩對吡啶溶液的降解效果,初步評價13X分子篩的光催化脫氮效應。同時,選擇以13X分子篩作為載體,對其進行金屬摻雜改性,制成光催化脫氮性能良好的CuO/ZnO/13X催化劑,測定其對吡啶的光催化脫氮率可達87.03%。以鉀長石為原料,經(jīng)水堿比、鈉鉀比、晶化時間等因素的探討,得出合成LSX的最佳工藝參數(shù):n(H2O)/n(M2O)=25、n(Na2O)/n(M2O)=0.7、選擇在70℃下水熱晶化2h,然后繼續(xù)升溫至90℃下晶化2h。經(jīng)測定,其硅鋁比n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3)≈2.07,符合標準。同時,選擇硝酸鋰對LSX進行一定的鋰化改性,經(jīng)初步探究表明,鋰化后分子篩的氮氣吸附性能相比LSX有較大程度的提高。選擇鉀長石合成的13X分子篩或4A分子篩為緩釋載體,通過和能提供氮源、鉀源及磷源的肥料復混,輔以粘結(jié)劑,制備出具有一定緩釋效應的沸石顆粒復混肥,選擇傳統(tǒng)水浸泡法初步評價產(chǎn)品的緩釋效果。
