薄層黑土微生物生物量碳氮對(duì)土壤侵蝕—沉積的響應(yīng)
[Abstract]:The study of the effect of soil erosion and deposition on soil microbial biomass can provide scientific basis for evaluating the environmental effects of soil erosion. Taking the typical thin-layer black soil region, Penzhou River Basin in Heilongjiang Province as the study area, the erosion rate was estimated by using soil 137Cs content. By analyzing the difference of soil microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen content and soil erosion intensity in different positions and different slopes of the watershed, the response of soil microbial biomass to soil erosion and deposition was revealed. The results showed that the distribution of soil microbial biomass in different positions and slopes of the watershed was obviously different and showed a trend contrary to the spatial distribution of soil erosion and deposition. The distribution of soil erosion rate in the watershed is the upper and lower reaches of the river basin, and the distribution in the slope surface is the upper and lower part of the middle slope. Soil microbial biomass carbon (Microbial biomass carbon,MBC) and microbial biomass nitrogen (Microbial biomass nitrogen,MBN) were found in the upper and lower reaches of the basin and in the upper and middle parts of the slope. Regression analysis showed that the contents of MBC,MBN, organic matter (Organic matter,OM) and total nitrogen (Total nitrogen,TN) decreased with the increase of soil erosion intensity. Soil erosion has an important effect on the distribution of soil microbial biomass. The migration and redistribution of soil nutrients caused by soil erosion and deposition are the important reasons for the difference of soil microbial biomass distribution between erosion and sedimentary areas.
