五大連池火山巖土壤發(fā)育過程中根際細(xì)菌多樣性分析

【摘要】:選取五大連池火山群中三座火山為研究對象,采用PCR-DGGEB聯(lián)用技術(shù)研究火山巖土壤發(fā)育過程與根際細(xì)菌多樣性間相關(guān)性。結(jié)果表明,隨火山噴發(fā)后時(shí)間推移,三座火山南坡有機(jī)質(zhì)和全氮含量先增后穩(wěn),北坡土壤有機(jī)質(zhì)和全氮含量先增后減,南北坡土壤p H不斷升高。運(yùn)用Bio-Dap軟件分析發(fā)現(xiàn),隨時(shí)間推移,三座火山南坡細(xì)菌豐富度和多樣性指數(shù)變化趨勢為先增后減,北坡為先減后增,南北坡均勻度變化趨勢均先增后穩(wěn)。采用SPSS軟件作相關(guān)性分析,三座火山南北坡根際細(xì)菌多樣性指數(shù)及豐富度與土壤有機(jī)質(zhì)顯著正相關(guān)(P0.05)。根際細(xì)菌群落多樣性受火山巖土壤發(fā)育程度影響。
[Abstract]:Three volcanoes in the Wudalianchi volcanic group were selected as the research objects and the correlation between the soil development process of volcanic rocks and the rhizosphere bacterial diversity was studied by PCR-DGGEB technique. The results showed that the contents of organic matter and total nitrogen in the south slope of the three volcanoes increased first and then stabilized, and the soil organic matter and total nitrogen content in the north slope increased first and then decreased, and the soil pH increased continuously in the north and south slopes with the passage of time after the eruption. Using Bio-Dap software, it is found that the variation trend of bacterial richness and diversity index in the south slope of three volcanoes increases first and then decreases, then increases on the north slope, and the evenness of the north and south slopes increases first and then stabilizes over time. SPSS software was used to analyze the correlation between soil organic matter and bacterial diversity index and richness in the rhizosphere of the three volcanoes (P0.05). The diversity of rhizosphere bacterial community is affected by the development of volcanic soil.
