鐵還原菌Shewanella oneidensis MR-1對(duì)鐵磷復(fù)合物中鐵、磷釋放規(guī)律的影響

【摘要】:中國(guó)南方紅壤中的磷素大多以鐵磷復(fù)合物的形式被固定于土壤中,磷的利用率較低。通過(guò)向土壤中添加以S.oneidensis MR~(-1)為主的生物肥料,促進(jìn)土壤磷的釋放,減少外源磷肥的輸入,以期達(dá)到保護(hù)環(huán)境和資源節(jié)約的目的。采用室內(nèi)模擬試驗(yàn),在純化學(xué)培養(yǎng)的條件下,采用接種S.oneidensis MR~(-1)的厭氧體系進(jìn)行培養(yǎng),分別以磷吸附態(tài)的水鐵礦(水鐵礦-磷)、磷吸附態(tài)的針鐵礦(針鐵礦-磷)和磷酸鐵(FePO_(4-)磷)作為體系唯一的磷素和Fe(Ⅲ)來(lái)源,3種磷均為土壤中鐵磷復(fù)合物的組成成分。結(jié)果表明,S.oneidensis MR~(-1)對(duì)3種鐵磷復(fù)合物中的Fe(Ⅲ)產(chǎn)生了還原效應(yīng)并將其還原成Fe(Ⅱ),且Fe(Ⅱ)質(zhì)量濃度隨試驗(yàn)時(shí)間延長(zhǎng)總體呈先增長(zhǎng)后穩(wěn)定的變化趨勢(shì);當(dāng)3組加入S.oneidensis MR~(-1)的體系Fe(Ⅱ)質(zhì)量濃度均為最高時(shí),Fe(Ⅱ)平均生成速率表現(xiàn)為:針鐵礦(30.44 mg·L~(-1)·d~(-1))水鐵礦(21.05 mg·L~(-1)·d~(-1))磷酸鐵(6.62 mg·L~(-1)·d~(-1));3組加入S.oneidensis MR~(-1)的體系Fe(Ⅲ)質(zhì)量濃度與初始質(zhì)量濃度相比較均發(fā)生了改變,在針鐵礦-磷-菌體系中Fe(Ⅲ)質(zhì)量濃度極低,而水鐵礦-磷-菌體系和磷酸鐵-磷-菌體系中則大量存在Fe(Ⅲ);至試驗(yàn)結(jié)束時(shí),磷酸鐵-磷-菌體系中總磷質(zhì)量濃度是初始時(shí)的2.3倍,而針鐵礦-磷-菌和水鐵礦-磷-菌體系的總磷約為初始質(zhì)量濃度的1/10。因此,S.oneidensis MR~(-1)利用磷酸鐵-磷的過(guò)程會(huì)促進(jìn)磷的釋放,使磷酸鐵中磷得以活化,而利用針鐵礦-磷和水鐵礦-磷的過(guò)程則會(huì)消耗磷,不會(huì)造成磷累積。
