堆肥中添加石灰氮分解產(chǎn)物對牛糞病原菌生長及堆肥產(chǎn)品安全性的影響

【摘要】:為了研究在堆肥中添加石灰氮分解產(chǎn)物(單氰胺或雙氰胺)對牛糞大腸桿菌和沙門氏菌的生長及對堆肥過程消除植物毒性作用的影響,試驗(yàn)采集2 100 g新鮮牛糞,等量分成7份(300 g/份),分別裝入500 m L藍(lán)蓋瓶中,與0、1%、3%、5%單氰胺或雙氰胺混合均勻,在室溫條件(19~22℃)下進(jìn)行堆肥。堆肥天數(shù)為10 d,在培養(yǎng)第0,3,5,7,10天分別從堆肥上、中、下部各采集1.0 g糞樣,采用稀釋平板計(jì)數(shù)法測定大腸桿菌和沙門氏菌數(shù)量。結(jié)果表明:堆肥結(jié)束時每組大腸桿菌數(shù)量均低于初始值;添加1%、3%單氰胺堆肥和添加1%雙氰胺堆肥中沙門氏菌數(shù)量高于初始值,而其他組均低于初始值;添加單氰胺堆肥的種子發(fā)芽指數(shù)(GI)均為0,添加1%雙氰胺堆肥GI值總體保持了穩(wěn)定狀態(tài),添加3%、5%雙氰胺堆肥分別從第7天和第5天開始GI值為0。說明鮮牛糞堆肥中添加單氰胺或雙氰胺在短時間內(nèi)可以有效抑制糞便大腸桿菌和沙門氏菌的生長,但是在短時間內(nèi)消除植物毒性物質(zhì)的功效不明顯。
