曝氣吹脫法用于牛場沼液污染物的去除

【摘要】:氨吹脫是一種有效的污水脫氮處理技術(shù),其中曝氣吹脫法又簡單易行。為了探究曝氣吹脫法用于牛場沼液污染物去除的最優(yōu)條件,實(shí)驗(yàn)研究了溫度、曝氣量、初始p H等參數(shù)對氨氮去除效果的影響,并探討了投加Ca(OH)2及曝氣吹脫對COD、TP的去除作用。結(jié)果顯示:溫度、曝氣量是影響氨氮去除效果的關(guān)鍵因素,30℃、4 000曝氣量條件下氨氮去除率最高;由于沼液本身p H會(huì)受吹脫影響升高,因此,調(diào)節(jié)初始p H在8~9.5范圍內(nèi)對氨氮去除效果無顯著影響;Ca(OH)_2能去除少量COD及TP,吹脫也能對COD去除有一定影響,投加7.7 g/L Ca(OH)_2吹脫后,沼液COD、TP去除率分別為9.7%、14.8%。最優(yōu)條件30℃、4 000曝氣量下,不加Ca(OH)2吹脫能得到70%以上的的氨氮去除率。一般情況下建議不加Ca(OH)_2進(jìn)行沼液氨吹脫。
[Abstract]:Ammonia blowing is an effective nitrogen removal technology for wastewater. In order to investigate the optimal conditions of aeration stripping method for removing pollutants from biogas liquid of cattle farm, the effects of temperature, aeration rate and initial pH on the removal of ammonia nitrogen were studied. The effects of adding Ca (OH) _ 2 and aeration blowing on COD, were also discussed. Removal of TP.
