基于ARM的田間作業(yè)機(jī)群遠(yuǎn)程數(shù)據(jù)傳輸系統(tǒng)
[Abstract]:With the continuous progress of communication technology, wireless communication network has been covered in various fields, from wired communication to wireless communication has made further leaps and bounds. The development of cable networks can not get rid of the shackles of cable, such as in the field wiring time and energy, maintenance is not convenient. In order to realize the remote transmission of field cluster information more quickly, based on GPRS technology and ARM embedded technology, this paper provides a good technical support for remote data transmission of field job cluster information. GPRS network covers a wide range of areas. Permanent on-line and other advantages to achieve long-distance wireless data transmission in field locomotive operation. In order to solve the problem of poor working environment and wide distribution of field locomotives. The system takes STM32F103RCT6, a microcontroller of the ARM Cortex-M3 kernel, as the core controller, adopts embedded technology and SIM900A communication module, designs the hardware and software of the transmission terminal with GPS positioning module, and realizes the running state of farm locomotive operation. Locomotive oil consumption, location information and harvest area, etc., and can send the locomotive working condition information to the data center. The data center uses PHP language based on Sina cloud platform. The MySQL database displays the locomotive working condition information on the web page and can download and view the real-time data, which provides favorable information for the distribution and management of the locomotive in the field. The main work of this paper is as follows: (1) the selection of ARM module is completed, and the STM32F103RCT6 model is selected as the main control chip of the system. The design of the minimum system microprocessor, power supply module, reset circuit, crystal oscillator circuit, Max3232 communication chip and other modules are completed. (2) the architecture of GPRS network communication module, the design of SIM900A power supply circuit and network indicator lamp are completed, and the data receiving is realized. (3) complete the GPS positioning range to determine the working area of the field locomotive. The real-time working area is calculated according to the GPS locus and the fuel consumption is calculated by using the float method to realize the function of the real-time data uploading actively in the working process of the locomotive in the field. (4) complete the construction of data center, based on the PHP language supported by cloud platform, MySQL database, call Baidu map, design temperature coordinate system, analyze how the data center displays when receiving the data transmitted. Save and distribute the working process. The locomotive working condition information can be displayed and stored. (5) complete the test to realize the transmission system with high accuracy and strong stability.
