黃土顆粒分離方法試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:以延安新區(qū)I期工程的馬蘭黃土為研究對(duì)象,分別采用篩分法、離心機(jī)法和靜水沉降法對(duì)其進(jìn)行顆粒分離試驗(yàn),并利用激光粒度儀對(duì)3種分離方法的試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行跟蹤對(duì)比,以研究最適用于黃土顆粒的分離方法。結(jié)果表明:篩分法主要適用于粒徑大于0.05mm的黃土顆粒的分離,對(duì)粒徑小于0.05mm的黃土顆粒分離效果較差,篩分結(jié)果的可靠性偏低。離心機(jī)法由于自身的局限性且受影響因素較多,試驗(yàn)結(jié)果的可靠性較低;靜水沉降法主要適用于粒徑小于0.05mm的黃土顆粒的分離,顆粒分級(jí)效果顯著,試驗(yàn)結(jié)果的可靠性較高,且試驗(yàn)精度滿足要求,但對(duì)于粒徑小于0.002mm的顆粒分離時(shí)間較長(zhǎng)。通過3種試驗(yàn)方法的對(duì)比可知,在對(duì)黃土進(jìn)行顆粒分離試驗(yàn)時(shí),宜采用篩分—沉降相結(jié)合的分離方法,對(duì)于大于0.05mm的顆粒宜采用篩分,對(duì)于小于0.05mm的顆粒宜采用靜水沉降法。
[Abstract]:Taking Ma Lan loess in phase I project of Yan'an New District as the research object, the particle separation tests were carried out by sieving method, centrifuge method and static water sedimentation method, and the results of three separation methods were tracked and compared by laser particle size meter. In order to study the most suitable for the separation of loess particles. The results show that the sieving method is mainly suitable for the separation of loess particles with diameter larger than 0.05mm, and the separation effect of loess particles with diameter smaller than 0.05mm is poor, and the reliability of the screening results is low. Because of its own limitation and many affected factors, the reliability of the test results is low, the static water sedimentation method is mainly suitable for the separation of loess particles with diameter less than 0.05mm, the effect of particle classification is remarkable, and the reliability of the test results is higher. The precision of the experiment meets the requirement, but the separation time for the particle with diameter less than 0.002mm is longer. Through the comparison of three test methods, it can be seen that in the test of loess particle separation, sieving combined with settling method, sieving method for particles larger than 0.05mm and static water settling method for particles smaller than 0.05mm are appropriate.
