農(nóng)用聚磷酸銨的制備與表征

【摘要】:農(nóng)用聚磷酸銨在中國(guó)的發(fā)展和研究起步較晚,因此有必要對(duì)其生產(chǎn)技術(shù)做深入的研究。對(duì)磷酸法、磷酸尿素縮合法制備農(nóng)用聚磷酸銨做了研究,考察了反應(yīng)溫度、反應(yīng)時(shí)間、初始磷酸濃度、反應(yīng)物料配比等對(duì)產(chǎn)品性質(zhì)的影響。研究表明,當(dāng)磷酸中P_2O_5質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為50%、聚合溫度為240℃、聚合時(shí)間為180 min時(shí),磷酸法所制備的產(chǎn)品聚合度可以達(dá)到14.9;尿素對(duì)聚磷酸銨的聚合度具有顯著影響,若聚合溫度為240℃、磷酸中P_2O_5質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為50%條件下引入與磷酸物質(zhì)的量比為1.4的尿素反應(yīng)120 min,可制得聚合度為31.5的Ⅰ型聚磷酸銨。
[Abstract]:Since the development and research of agricultural ammonium polyphosphate in China is late, it is necessary to study the production technology of agricultural ammonium polyphosphate. The preparation of agricultural ammonium polyphosphate by phosphoric acid and urea phosphate condensation was studied. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time, initial phosphoric acid concentration and ratio of reactants on the properties of agricultural ammonium polyphosphate were investigated.
