農(nóng)用聚磷酸銨的制備與表征

【摘要】:農(nóng)用聚磷酸銨在中國的發(fā)展和研究起步較晚,因此有必要對其生產(chǎn)技術做深入的研究。對磷酸法、磷酸尿素縮合法制備農(nóng)用聚磷酸銨做了研究,考察了反應溫度、反應時間、初始磷酸濃度、反應物料配比等對產(chǎn)品性質(zhì)的影響。研究表明,當磷酸中P_2O_5質(zhì)量分數(shù)為50%、聚合溫度為240℃、聚合時間為180 min時,磷酸法所制備的產(chǎn)品聚合度可以達到14.9;尿素對聚磷酸銨的聚合度具有顯著影響,若聚合溫度為240℃、磷酸中P_2O_5質(zhì)量分數(shù)為50%條件下引入與磷酸物質(zhì)的量比為1.4的尿素反應120 min,可制得聚合度為31.5的Ⅰ型聚磷酸銨。
[Abstract]:Since the development and research of agricultural ammonium polyphosphate in China is late, it is necessary to study the production technology of agricultural ammonium polyphosphate. The preparation of agricultural ammonium polyphosphate by phosphoric acid and urea phosphate condensation was studied.
