基于Fluent的文丘里管結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)對吸肥性能的影響

【摘要】:為優(yōu)化文丘里施肥器設(shè)計(jì),研究了漸縮角α、漸擴(kuò)角β和喉管直徑d等結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)對文丘里施肥器吸肥性能的影響;诹黧w的連續(xù)方程、Navier-stokes方程和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)k-ε湍流模型,通過改變漸縮角α、漸擴(kuò)角β和喉管直徑d等文丘里管結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)的值,采用有限元分析軟件Fluent進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬,根據(jù)總流量和吸肥濃度的數(shù)值,發(fā)現(xiàn)α=25°、β=7°、7 mm≤d≤11 mm時吸肥性能最佳;利用分析軟件Matlab對模擬得到的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行擬合,得到了單個參數(shù)與總流量和吸肥濃度的函數(shù)關(guān)系,以及漸縮角α、漸擴(kuò)角β和喉管直徑d與文丘里施肥器總流量和吸肥濃度之間的綜合函數(shù)關(guān)系式,通過分析綜合函數(shù)關(guān)系式,得到了各個參數(shù)對總流量及吸肥濃度影響的百分比,得出喉管直徑d對支管流量、吸肥性能的影響最顯著,漸縮角α的影響最小的結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:In order to optimize the design of Venturi fertilizer applicator, the effects of structural parameters such as tapering angle 偽, expanding angle 尾 and throat diameter d on the fertilizer absorption performance of Venturi fertilizer applicator were studied. Based on fluid continuity equation, Navier-stokes equation and standard k- 蔚 turbulence model, the finite element analysis software Fluent was used to simulate the structure parameters of Venturi tube by changing the values of the structural parameters of the Venturi tube such as the angle 偽, the angle 尾 and the diameter of the throat pipe. According to the values of total flow rate and concentration of fertilizer absorption, it is found that 偽 = 25 擄, 尾 = 7 擄, 7 mm 鈮,
