【摘要】：本文利用廣口瓶密閉熏蒸法,測(cè)定了不同濃度、時(shí)間和溫度條件下甲酸乙酯對(duì)菜豆象的熏蒸效果。結(jié)果表明:選用濃度為45μL/L處理24 h或50μL/L處理12 h,均能使其成蟲達(dá)到90%以上的死亡率,說(shuō)明甲酸乙酯具有良好的速效性;菜豆象的熏蒸效果隨熏蒸濃度的增加、溫度的升高和時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng)而逐漸增強(qiáng);各蟲態(tài)耐藥性比較表明:甲酸乙酯濃度的高低對(duì)菜豆象各蟲態(tài)耐藥性影響較大,低濃度下卵的耐藥性最差,而高濃度下成蟲和卵的耐藥性最差。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the fumigation effect of ethyl formate on bean weevil at different concentration, time and temperature was determined by sealed fumigation in jar. The results showed that the treatment of 45 渭 L / L for 24 h or 50 渭 L / L for 12 h could increase the mortality of adult worms to more than 90%, which indicated that ethyl formate had a good quick effect, and the fumigation effect of bean elephant increased with the increase of fumigation concentration. The increase of temperature and the prolongation of time showed that the concentration of ethyl formate had a great influence on the resistance of bean weevil, and the resistance of eggs at low concentration was the worst. The resistance of adults and eggs at high concentration was the worst.
