【摘要】：通過高通量測序技術(shù),結(jié)合相關(guān)生物信息學(xué),分析了贛南臍橙黃龍病株和健康株的根際土壤真菌群落多樣性差異。結(jié)果顯示,贛南臍橙黃龍病株根際土壤真菌群落的豐度比健康株低48.41%,豐富度比健康株高8.9%,群落多樣性比健康株多23%;發(fā)現(xiàn)了17個典型的黃龍病伴生真菌屬、包括球囊菌門(Glomeromycota)和10個典型的伴減真菌屬。
[Abstract]:The diversity of fungal communities in rhizosphere of yellow dragon of navel orange in South Jiangxi was analyzed by high-throughput sequencing and bioinformatics. The results showed that the abundance of rhizosphere fungi community was 48.41 lower than that of healthy strain, the richness was 8.9 higher than that of healthy strain, and the diversity of community was 23% more than that of healthy strain, and 17 typical fungi associated with Huanglong disease were found. It includes (Glomeromycota) and 10 typical subtractive fungi.
