【摘要】：牡丹連作障礙嚴(yán)重危害牡丹的生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育,其形成原因復(fù)雜,最新研究顯示,牡丹連作障礙與根際微生物菌群結(jié)構(gòu)的變化具有一定的相關(guān)性。根據(jù)近年來(lái)國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于牡丹與根際微生物互作的研究成果,對(duì)牡丹根際微生物的多樣性、牡丹與根際微生物的相互作用、牡丹連作障礙與根際微生物的關(guān)系等方面的研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述,提出了今后牡丹根際微生物方面需要深入研究的幾個(gè)問(wèn)題,以期從根際微生物種群動(dòng)態(tài)變化的角度認(rèn)識(shí)牡丹連作障礙的原因并為其防治提供思路。
[Abstract]:The growth and development of peony are seriously damaged by continuous cropping obstacle, and the causes are complex. The latest research shows that the continuous cropping obstacle of peony has certain correlation with the change of microflora structure in rhizosphere. According to the recent research results on the interaction between peony and rhizosphere microorganisms, the diversity of rhizosphere microbes and the interaction between peony and rhizosphere microbes were studied. The research progress on the relationship between continuous cropping obstacles and rhizosphere microbes was reviewed, and several problems needed to be further studied in the future were put forward. From the point of view of dynamic change of rhizosphere microbial population, we can understand the reason of continuous cropping obstacle of peony and provide some ideas for its prevention and control.
