【摘要】：桿狀病毒(baculoviruses)是一類專性感染無脊椎動(dòng)物的共價(jià)閉合雙鏈環(huán)狀DNA昆蟲病毒。由于桿狀病毒對環(huán)境和人畜無害,其作為生物農(nóng)藥在生物防治方面發(fā)揮著重大作用。此外,桿狀病毒還可作為一種真核表達(dá)載體,廣泛用于藥物研發(fā)、疫苗生產(chǎn),以及作為基因轉(zhuǎn)移載體用于基因治療等方面。綜述了桿狀病毒的基因組學(xué)及蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)研究進(jìn)展,對闡明病毒的感染機(jī)制具有重要意義,并且在此基礎(chǔ)上可針對性地對其進(jìn)行分子改良或開發(fā)高效的生物增效劑。
[Abstract]:Baculovirus (baculoviruses) is a class of covalently closed double stranded circular DNA insect viruses that are specifically infected with invertebrates. Baculovirus plays an important role in biological control because it is harmless to environment, human and animal. In addition, baculovirus can be used as an eukaryotic expression vector, widely used in drug development, vaccine production and gene transfer vector for gene therapy. The advances in genomics and proteomics of baculovirus were reviewed in this paper. It is of great significance to clarify the infection mechanism of baculovirus. On the basis of this, molecular modification or development of highly efficient biological synergist can be carried out on baculovirus.
