生物碳濾出液對(duì)小球藻生長的影響

【摘要】:生物碳是農(nóng)業(yè)廢棄生物質(zhì)經(jīng)裂解制備的富含有機(jī)碳和礦物質(zhì)、結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜的碳材料。生物碳已被廣泛應(yīng)用于促進(jìn)植物生長、增強(qiáng)環(huán)境生態(tài)修復(fù),但是關(guān)于生物碳浸出液對(duì)水生生物的影響的研究還十分少。采用不同溫度制備的生物碳的濾出液培養(yǎng)小球藻,研究不同濾出液對(duì)小球藻生長的影響。研究結(jié)果表明,隨著生物碳裂解溫度的升高,小球藻的生長逐漸變差:300℃生物碳濾出液培養(yǎng)小球藻的生物質(zhì)總量最高,其次是500℃,最差的是700℃。另外,通過對(duì)濾出液成分的分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)影響小球藻的主要因素是濾出液的有機(jī)碳含量和p H。隨著生物碳制備溫度的升高,溶出的有機(jī)碳含量減少和p H升高,抑制了藻類的生長。
[Abstract]:Biological carbon is a kind of carbon material which is rich in organic carbon and minerals and has complex structure. Biological carbon has been widely used to promote plant growth and enhance environmental ecological remediation, but there are few studies on the effects of biocarbonate on aquatic organisms. Chlorella vulgaris was cultured in the filtrate of biological carbon prepared at different temperatures to study the effect of different filtrate on the growth of Chlorella vulgaris. The results showed that with the increase of biological carbon pyrolysis temperature, the growth of Chlorella microphylla gradually became worse.
