側(cè)孢短芽孢桿菌A60的篩選及其對(duì)辣椒疫霉的室內(nèi)防效測定

【摘要】:采用平板對(duì)峙法對(duì)分離自海南43份土樣的700余株細(xì)菌進(jìn)行篩選,獲得一株對(duì)辣椒疫霉病菌(Phytophthora capsici)具有高效抑制活性的拮抗菌A60,根據(jù)形態(tài)特征、生理生化特征和16S rDNA序列分析鑒定其為側(cè)孢短芽孢桿菌(Brevibacillus laterosporus)。分別在辣椒和甜椒上進(jìn)行室內(nèi)防效測定,結(jié)果表明,加入拮抗菌A60的辣椒,在第3天時(shí)未發(fā)病,對(duì)辣椒疫霉病的防效達(dá)100%,第5天時(shí)為95.71%,第7天仍可達(dá)到92.22%;加入拮抗菌A60的甜椒,在第3天時(shí)未發(fā)病,防效達(dá)100%,第5天時(shí)為75.26%,第7天仍達(dá)73.20%,說明拮抗菌A60能夠明顯的降低發(fā)病率和病情指數(shù),具有較好的防病持效性。
[Abstract]:More than 700 strains of bacteria isolated from 43 soil samples from Hainan were screened by plate confrontation method. An antagonistic bacterium A60 with high inhibitory activity against Phytophthora capsici (Phytophthora capsici) was obtained according to its morphological characteristics. Physiological and biochemical characteristics and 16s rDNA sequence Analysis to identify it as (Brevibacillus laterosporus). Of Bacillus cereus The results showed that the pepper with antagonistic bacteria A60 had no disease on the third day, and had a control effect of 100 against Phytophthora capsici, 95.71 on the fifth day, 92.22um on the seventh day, and added the antagonistic bacteria A60. The control effect was 100 on the third day, 75.26 on the fifth day, and 73.20 on the seventh day, indicating that the antagonistic bacteria A60 could obviously reduce the incidence and disease index, and had good efficacy in preventing disease.
