二甲戊靈對(duì)棉田土壤酶活性的影響

【摘要】:【目的】研究新疆棉田土壤施用二甲戊靈對(duì)土壤酶活性的影響。【方法】棉田土壤施用二甲戊靈0、2 700、4 050、5 400 g·hm~(-2),分析不同處理時(shí)間、不同深度土壤酶活性的變化規(guī)律!窘Y(jié)果】施用二甲戊靈后,土壤堿性磷酸酶活性明顯被抑制,處理40 d后,5~10 cm土壤層堿性磷酸酶活性被抑制作用最強(qiáng),二甲戊靈2 700、4 050、5 400g·hm~(-2)處理的堿性磷酸酶活性抑制率分別為93.79%、90.77%、87.43%;脲酶活性總體表現(xiàn)激活趨勢(shì);蔗糖酶和脫氫酶活性隨二甲戊靈濃度增高而增強(qiáng),表層土壤酶活性較10~20 cm深層土壤激活作用顯著;隨著處理時(shí)間的增加,0~10 cm土壤層過氧化氫酶活性呈現(xiàn)先抑制后激活的趨勢(shì)!窘Y(jié)論】棉田土壤經(jīng)二甲戊靈處理后,表現(xiàn)為脲酶、過氧化氫酶的激活效應(yīng);但二甲戊靈會(huì)抑制堿性磷酸酶活性,降低土壤有效磷素,長(zhǎng)期施用會(huì)導(dǎo)致土壤營(yíng)養(yǎng)失衡。
[Abstract]:[objective] to study the effect of the application of penicillin on soil enzyme activity in cotton fields of Xinjiang. [results] the alkaline phosphatase activity of soil was inhibited obviously after the application of dimethopentyl, and the activity of alkaline phosphatase in soil layer of 510 cm was the strongest after 40 days of treatment. The inhibition rate of alkaline phosphatase activity treated with dimethopentalin 2 050,500 g hm~ (-2) was 93.79 and 90.777.43g, respectively. The urease activity showed a general activation trend, and the sucrase and dehydrogenase activities increased with the increase of dimethylpentalin concentration. The activity of catalase in the surface soil layer was significantly higher than that in the deep soil layer for 10 ~ 20 cm, and the catalase activity in the soil layer of 10 cm was inhibited first and then activated. [conclusion] the soil of cotton field was treated with dimethylpentalin as urease, and the activity of catalase in soil layer increased with the increase of treatment time. Catalase activation effect, but dimethopentyl can inhibit alkaline phosphatase activity, reduce soil available phosphorus, long-term application will lead to soil nutrition imbalance.
