淀山湖表層水、沉積物和魚體中有機氯農(nóng)藥的時空變化及人體暴露風險

【摘要】:有機氯農(nóng)藥(organochlorine pesticides,OCPs)是一類持久性有機污染物,研究它們在城市近郊湖泊的污染狀況,有助于更好地了解其對湖泊水環(huán)境的影響.研究了上海近郊淀山湖表層水、沉積物和魚體中的OCPs污染狀況及人體暴露的健康風險.結(jié)果表明,六六六(hexachlorocyclohexanes,HCHs)和滴滴涕(dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethanes,DDTs)分別是表層水和沉積物中的主要OCPs污染物,OCPs在淀山湖野生魚體中也有檢出.淀山湖中HCHs和DDTs的來源主要是歷史殘留.沉積物中的OCPs濃度相對比較穩(wěn)定,但表層水中的濃度隨采樣時間有一定變化,即豐水期濃度高于枯水期.淀山湖進水區(qū)域的污染程度普遍高于出水區(qū)域.考察了飲食攝入(食魚和飲水)、呼吸和皮膚滲透(游泳)3種途徑對人體暴露量的影響,發(fā)現(xiàn)飲食攝入是DDTs和HCHs的主要暴露源.淀山湖水環(huán)境已受到OCPs的影響,但污染水平不高且不會產(chǎn)生健康風險.
[Abstract]:Organochlorine pesticides (organochlorine pesticides,OCPs) are a class of persistent organic pollutants (pops). The study of their pollution in urban lakes is helpful to better understand their effects on lake water environment. The pollution of OCPs in the surface water, sediment and fish body of Dianshan Lake in the suburb of Shanghai and the health risk of human exposure were studied. The results showed that hexachlorocyclohexane (hexachlorocyclohexanes,HCHs) and DDT (dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethanes,DDTs) were the main OCPs pollutants in surface water and sediment, respectively, and they were also detected in wild fish of Dianshan Lake. The sources of HCHs and DDTs in Dianshan Lake are mainly historical residues. The concentration of OCPs in sediment is relatively stable, but the concentration of surface water varies with the sampling time, that is, the concentration in high water period is higher than that in dry season. The level of pollution in the influent area of Dianshan Lake is generally higher than that in the effluent area. The effects of dietary intake (fish and drinking water), respiration and skin penetration (swimming) on human exposure were investigated. It was found that dietary intake was the main source of exposure to DDTs and HCHs. The water environment of Dianshan Lake has been affected by OCPs, but the pollution level is not high and there is no health risk.
