長(zhǎng)期不同施肥措施對(duì)黃壤微生物量碳及氮的影響
[Abstract]:It provides the basis for rational fertilization and integrated nutrient management in yellow soil upland, and realizes the sustainable utilization of yellow soil upland. Four treatments of (CK), constant organic fertilizer (M), constant N P K fertilizer (MNPK) and constant N P K fertilizer (NPK) were selected in the experiment of soil fertility and fertilizer location in Guizhou Province for a long period of time. The results showed that there were four treatments in this experiment: no (CK), constant organic fertilizer (M), constant N P K fertilizer (MNPK) and constant N P K fertilizer (NPK). The microbial biomass C and N of upland soil after 18 years of long-term fertilization in yellow soil of Guizhou Province were analyzed. The results showed that long-term fertilization had an increasing effect on microbial biomass C and N in soil, and the effect trend was the same, and the order of content was M NPKMNPKCK.. Compared with CK, all fertilization treatments increased the utilization efficiency of organic carbon and total nitrogen. The soil microbial utilization efficiency of M NPK treatment was the highest, about 5 times of that of CK, followed by M treatment. It is 4.37 times of CK. There was little difference between the organic carbon utilization efficiency of each treatment and that of CK, in which the soil microorganism of M treatment had the highest organic carbon utilization efficiency, followed by M NPK treatment.
