一、二代馬尾松林土壤微生物數(shù)量及酶活性垂直分布特征

【摘要】:【目的】揭示連栽馬尾松林根際土壤環(huán)境在垂直方向上的變化�!痉椒ā恳圆煌灾泊鷶�(shù)的馬尾松人工林作為研究對象,采用配對樣地法,于2015年10月,對比研究不同代馬尾松人工林的根際與非根際土壤可培養(yǎng)微生物數(shù)量及土壤酶活性土層垂直變化特征。【結(jié)果】兩代馬尾松人工林根際土壤可培養(yǎng)微生物數(shù)量與酶活性的土層垂直分布特征明顯,均表現(xiàn)為在0~10cm土層最高,在10~20cm土層較低,在20~30cm土層最低;同層次不同代之間比較,二代林根際土壤可培養(yǎng)微生物數(shù)量及酶活性均高于一代林,除土壤脲酶活性在代際間沒有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義上的差異外,其余酶的活性和3大類微生物數(shù)量在代際間的差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(p0.05);兩代馬尾松人工林各土層根際可培養(yǎng)微生物數(shù)量與酶活性皆高于非根際,隨著土層加深,根際與非根際間沒有呈現(xiàn)出明顯相關(guān)規(guī)律;兩代馬尾松林微生物與土壤酶呈統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義上的正相關(guān)關(guān)系(p0.01)。【結(jié)論】連栽提高了馬尾松林根際土壤微生物數(shù)量和酶活性,二代林根際土壤性質(zhì)在土層垂直方向上的表現(xiàn)均優(yōu)于一代林。
[Abstract]:[objective] to reveal the vertical change of soil environment in the rhizosphere of continuous planted Pinus massoniana forest. [methods] the Pinus massoniana plantation with different planting algebras was used as the research object, and the matched plot method was used in October 2015. The number of culturable microorganisms in rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil and the vertical variation of soil enzyme activity in different Pinus massoniana plantations were studied. [results] the number of culturable microorganisms in rhizosphere soil of two generations of Pinus massoniana plantations was compared with that of non-rhizosphere soil. The vertical distribution of enzyme activity in soil layer was obvious. They were the highest in the 0~10cm soil layer, the lowest in the 10~20cm soil layer and the lowest in the 20~30cm soil layer, and the number of culturable microorganisms and the enzyme activity of the second generation rhizosphere soil were higher than that of the first generation forest, compared with the same layer and different generations. There was no significant difference in soil urease activity between generations. The activity of other enzymes and the number of three kinds of microorganisms were significantly different between generations (p0.05), the number and activity of culturable microbes in rhizosphere of two generations of Pinus massoniana plantation were higher than that of non-rhizosphere, and with the deepening of soil layer, the number of culturable microorganism and enzyme activity of the two generations of Pinus massoniana plantation were higher than that of non-rhizosphere. There was no obvious correlation between rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere, and there was a positive correlation between soil enzyme and microorganism in two generations of Pinus massoniana forest (p0.01). [conclusion] continuous cultivation increased the number and enzyme activity of soil microorganism in Pinus massoniana forest rhizosphere. The soil properties of the rhizosphere of the second generation forest are better than that of the first generation forest in the vertical direction of soil layer.
