【摘要】：建立測(cè)定植煙土壤中全鉀和有效鉀含量的離子色譜法。采用Dionex RFIC CS12A陽(yáng)離子交換色譜柱(4.0mm×250 mm)配Dionex CG12A保護(hù)柱(4 mm×50 mm),以20 mmol/L甲基磺酸為流動(dòng)相,流速1.0 m L/min,檢測(cè)器為電導(dǎo)檢測(cè)器,柱溫25℃,進(jìn)樣量25μL。結(jié)果表明:鉀離子在1.5~15 mg/L內(nèi)與峰面積的線性關(guān)系良好,線性方程為:y=5.634x-0.252 8,r=0.999 3;最低檢出限為0.31 mg/kg;定量限為1.01 mg/kg。樣品中全鉀和有效鉀在不同濃度水平范圍內(nèi)的平均回收率測(cè)定結(jié)果為98.31%~101.3%,RSD(n=6)為0.5%~3.9%,表明該方法具有良好的準(zhǔn)確性和精密度,操作簡(jiǎn)便、快速,可以滿足實(shí)際分析的需要。樣品分析的結(jié)果表明,邵武地區(qū)的砂土含鉀量(包括全鉀和有效鉀)最高,而浦城地區(qū)的壤土含鉀量最高,為該地區(qū)煙草培植施用鉀肥提供了參考。
