不同用地土壤有機(jī)質(zhì)和微生物對添加秸稈的響應(yīng)

【摘要】:選取采集于國內(nèi)17個省(區(qū))的不同利用方式下的85個土樣為研究對象,定量添加玉米(Zea mays)秸稈置于相同溫度培養(yǎng)90d,分析土壤有機(jī)質(zhì)(soil organic matter,SOM)含量變化特征及其驅(qū)動因子。結(jié)果表明,添加玉米秸稈后,不同用地的SOM變化存在較大差異,63.5%的土壤樣品的SOM增加,36.5%的減少;SOM含量相對變化率與其初始SOM含量呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系(P0.05),說明在短期內(nèi)添加秸稈并不一定意味著土壤有機(jī)質(zhì)會提高。試驗(yàn)土樣來源于4種不同用地方式中,采集于播種糧食旱地的88%的土樣,其SOM含量增加;采集于水稻田的土樣,其SOM含量均減少;采集于林地和菜地的土樣,其SOM含量有增有減。添加秸稈后,各土樣的可培養(yǎng)微生物數(shù)量均增加,增加量表現(xiàn)為水稻田林地菜地糧食旱耕地,真菌放線菌細(xì)菌。磷脂脂肪酸(phospholipid fatty acid,PLFA)分析顯示細(xì)菌/真菌與G+/G-均表現(xiàn)為水稻田糧食旱耕地林地菜地,比值越小說明土壤生態(tài)系統(tǒng)越穩(wěn)定;A/B和iso/anteiso、C/A均表現(xiàn)為菜地糧食旱耕地林地水稻田,比值越小代表養(yǎng)分和環(huán)境脅迫越嚴(yán)重。因此,4種用地方式中,水稻田土壤生態(tài)系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性較差,受養(yǎng)分和環(huán)境脅迫程度高。
[Abstract]:Eighty-five soil samples collected from 17 provinces (regions) in China were selected as the research objects. The content of soil organic matter (soil organic matter,SOM) and its driving factors were analyzed by adding corn (Zea mays) straw at the same temperature for 90 days. The results showed that, after adding corn straw, There was a significant difference in SOM change between different land use and 63.5% soil samples. The decrease of SOM content in soil samples by 36.5% had a significant negative correlation with the initial SOM content (P0.05), indicating that adding straw in the short term does not necessarily mean soil. Soil organic matter will increase. The experimental soil samples come from four different land use methods, 88% of the soil samples collected in the dry land for sowing grain, the SOM content increased, the SOM content of the soil samples collected in the paddy fields decreased, and the soil samples collected in the woodland and vegetable fields. The content of SOM increased and decreased. After adding straw, the number of culturable microbes in each soil sample increased, and the increase was manifested as follows: dry land of rice field, fungi and actinomycetes. The analysis of phospholipid fatty acid (phospholipid fatty acid,PLFA) showed that bacteria / fungi and G / G- were rice fields, and the lower the ratio was, the more stable the soil ecosystem was, and the more stable the soil ecosystem was, the more stable the soil ecosystem was. The smaller the ratio, the more serious the nutrient and environmental stress. Therefore, the stability of soil ecosystem in paddy field is poor, and the degree of nutrient and environmental stress is high.
