影響海岸帶鹽沼土壤有機(jī)質(zhì)、TN和TP含量時(shí)空變化的關(guān)鍵因子:潮水和植被

【摘要】:為了更好地理解在潮水和植被交互作用梯度上有機(jī)質(zhì)、全氮和全磷分布的特殊性,分別于生長季和非生長季在蘇北鹽沼沿近潮溝帶和遠(yuǎn)潮溝帶2條樣線布設(shè)9個(gè)固定采樣區(qū),采集土壤樣品,測定土壤有機(jī)質(zhì)、全氮和全磷的含量。結(jié)果表明:植被和潮水的交互作用是決定土壤有機(jī)質(zhì)、全氮和全磷時(shí)空變化的關(guān)鍵因素。相對于潮水,植被的影響更為穩(wěn)定和持久;鹽沼土壤有機(jī)質(zhì)和全氮含量具有顯著的空間和月份變化,空間變化主要包括植被帶(潮水)梯度上和樣帶間(潮流)的差異,在植被帶(潮水)梯度上植被帶高于光灘,而植被帶間呈現(xiàn)由海向陸的遞減趨勢,即互花米草(Spartina alterniflora)鹽地堿蓬(Suaeda salsa)獐茅(Aeluropus littoralis)蘆葦(Phragmites australis);有機(jī)質(zhì)樣帶間差異表現(xiàn)為在低位鹽沼遠(yuǎn)潮溝帶大于近潮溝帶,而中位鹽沼卻是近潮溝帶大于遠(yuǎn)潮溝帶,全磷含量時(shí)間和空間變化上均不具顯著性;p H、土壤含水量和鹽分含量等與潮水作用直接相關(guān)的因子與距海距離呈負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系,土壤有機(jī)質(zhì)、全氮和全磷與距海距離也表現(xiàn)為負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系,而土壤有機(jī)質(zhì)、全氮和全磷含量與p H、土壤含水量及鹽分含量等因子為正相關(guān)關(guān)系,一定程度上詮釋了潮水對土壤有機(jī)質(zhì)、全氮和全磷含量變化的影響。
[Abstract]:In order to better understand the particularity of the distribution of organic matter, total nitrogen and total phosphorus on the gradient of tidal water and vegetation interaction, nine fixed sampling areas were arranged in the salt marshes of northern Jiangsu Province along the near tidal trench zone and the far tidal trench zone in the growing season and non-growing season, respectively. Soil samples were collected and the contents of organic matter, total nitrogen and total phosphorus were determined. The results showed that the interaction between vegetation and tidal water was the key factor to determine the temporal and spatial changes of soil organic matter, total nitrogen and total phosphorus. Compared with tidal water, the effect of vegetation is more stable and lasting, and the content of organic matter and total nitrogen in salt marsh soil has significant spatial and monthly variations. The spatial variation mainly includes the difference of vegetation zone (tidal) gradient and transect (tidal current). On the gradient of the vegetation zone (tidal water), the vegetation zone is higher than that of the smooth beach, and there is a decreasing trend from the sea to the land between the vegetation zones. In other words, the difference of organic matter in (Phragmites australis); of (Aeluropus littoralis) Reed of (Suaeda salsa) roe (Aeluropus littoralis) in (Spartina alterniflora) salt soil of Spartina alterniflora shows that the far tidal trench zone is larger than the near tide trench zone in the low salt marsh, while the middle salt marsh is larger than the far tide trench zone in the middle salt marsh. The temporal and spatial changes of total phosphorus content were not significant, soil water content and salt content were negatively related to tidal action, and soil organic matter was negatively related to distance from sea to sea. Total nitrogen and total phosphorus also showed negative correlation with distance from sea, but soil organic matter, total nitrogen and phosphorus content were positively correlated with pH, soil water content and salt content, which explained the tidal water to soil organic matter to some extent.
