秸稈沼氣發(fā)酵工程反應罐內傳熱分析

【摘要】:文章針對國內外廣泛關注的秸稈沼氣工程,基于熱力學原理,結合實驗和理論,對秸稈發(fā)酵系統(tǒng)中罐內溫度分布進行了分析。結果表明,由于秸稈的加入,會導致體系內部溫度不均勻性加重,8 wt%秸稈體系的總傳熱系數(shù)相比于純水體系降低了17%,其原因主要在與秸稈自身特性與換熱溫差;另外冷物料的直接進料會加劇罐內溫度波動,進口物料的預熱處理和攪拌是解決秸稈發(fā)酵過程傳熱速率與效率低的主要方法。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the temperature distribution in straw fermentation system is analyzed based on thermodynamics principle, experiment and theory, aiming at straw biogas engineering which is widely concerned at home and abroad. The results showed that the total heat transfer coefficient of 8 wt% straw system decreased by 17% compared with pure water system due to the addition of straw, which was mainly due to the characteristics of straw and the difference of heat transfer temperature. In addition, the direct feeding of cold materials will aggravate the temperature fluctuation in the tank. Preheating and stirring of imported materials are the main methods to solve the low heat transfer rate and efficiency of straw fermentation process.
