不同營(yíng)養(yǎng)源對(duì)傘裙追寄蠅的壽命及生活力的影響

【摘要】:本文研究了取食不同濃度的蜂蜜、果糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖和清水對(duì)照對(duì)傘裙追寄蠅壽命、日均存活率、產(chǎn)卵量、產(chǎn)卵期、逐日產(chǎn)卵量,以及子代發(fā)育歷期、壽命、寄生率、羽化量、雌蠅率等指標(biāo)的影響。結(jié)果表明,10%的蜂蜜水處理的傘裙追寄蠅,雌蠅平均壽命為33.13 d,雄蠅平均壽命為21.71 d,與清水對(duì)照存在顯著性差異。喂食10%蜂蜜水的雌蠅存活天數(shù)最長(zhǎng)為51 d。補(bǔ)充10%蜂蜜水的傘裙追寄蠅產(chǎn)卵量和日均產(chǎn)卵量與其他處理差異顯著(P0.05),分別為70.20和13.77粒/d。10%蜂蜜水喂食的成蟲其子代羽化出的雌蠅平均壽命最長(zhǎng),為35.41 d。不同營(yíng)養(yǎng)源對(duì)傘裙追寄蠅子代蛹重、寄生率、雌蠅率的影響差異不顯著。
[Abstract]:The life span, average survival rate, oviposition, development duration, life span and parasitism rate of the parasitoid fly were studied in different concentrations of honey, fructose, glucose, sucrose and clear water. Eclosion, female fly rate and other indicators. The results showed that the average life span of female flies was 33.13 days, and that of male flies was 21.71 days, which was significantly different from that of fresh water control. The female flies fed with 10% honey water had the longest survival time of 51 days. There were significant differences in the number of eggs laid and the average amount of oviposition per day between 10% honey water and other treatments (P0.05), which were 70.20 and 13.77 eggs / d.10% honey water, respectively. The average life span of female flies in their offspring was the longest (35.41 days) after feeding with 10% honey water. The effects of different nutrient sources on the pupa weight, parasitism rate and female fly rate were not significant.
